Changed our plan from $100/year to $200/year without authorization. Contacted Ring and they refused to change our plan back.

The worst system in the world. When I bought the system I was unaware that I had to keep paying for it or it would no longer work. It was not a cheap system to begin with and eventually it just stop working and I just couldn't be bothered to use it any longer. Buy any other system as I'm sure it would be better than this piece of rubbish. Scam alert!

I purchased thousands of dollars of RIng Devices, from Cameras to an Alarm system. They don't work!!!!!!!! Don't be a part of the biggest scam ever. When we moved out of the house, RING denied access to the system to the new tenant and made it almost impossible to do.

Ring is trash

The video streaming is streaming is terrible. Customer service is zero help. Video cuts out. Their system doesn't ever update your phone number so they'll keep texting verification codes to the old number essentially locking you out. Try anyone but Ring

DON’T waste your money on the Ring Doorbell!

I don’t write reviews often BUT this time I had to. I’ve had the Ring doorbell bell for years and have finally had it! Time to go and get a REAL camera system. The ONE time I needed the Ring camera to actually work, IT DIDN’T!! My car was broken into, Right on my driveway AND the Ring didn’t catch ANY activity of the thieves! It caught movement of a family member coming In before the incident and after but NOTHING in between those times. Everyone was in the same spot BUT the piece of crap didn’t work when I needed it! DON’T waste your money on the Ring doorbell!!!! So frustrating!!!
