Ring deurbel gekocht was zeker niet goedkoop maar we wouden iets goeds
Wat ons totaal niet duidelijk was dat je om de bel te blijven gebruiken je een abonnement moet afsluiten je betaald eerst 190 euro voor een bel en dan zou je nog eens moeten betalen voor een abonnement uiteindelijk heb ik dus de ring en daarmee 190 euro weggegooid en er maar 1 gekocht zonder abonnement.

Have been trying for over a month to re-establish my ring doorbell connection. Banner on the site to connect, verify e-mail. Never received an email. Spent 2 hours plus dealing with agents. No help. First cut me off unintentionally I’m sure. The second one was completely useless.
Still not on. I will try again next week. Probably change company soon.

Wholly incompetent agents who serially promise they are able to fix the errors of their predecessors, then don't. My 91 year old mother has been unprotected for 5 days because no one is able to give her access to her account registered in the name of her carer, my deceased sister who lived at the same address. Sent the death certificate twice and rang daily for resolution, each promising relief in 24-48-72 hours which recommences from scratch at each new call. And they took annual payment for multiple cameras yet only included the 1 indoor camera added at a later date. Will do nothing that doesn't result in a sale. Useless.

Worst securitity system company in the world and Universe. They said there system cannot hack there system. After i was burgled several times did they replace system for free NO. They lie over phone. They say they cannot access system. They told me change a battrey which i did. Worst customer and technical services.

Had an issue after adding an indoor cam which was treated as a separate account to the outdoor cameras. Ring required all of the outdoor cameras to be disabled which left my 91 year old mother with no security over a weekend, only to then be told no it would take 4 days. No one knows how I was given bad information or who was responsible for it & I can do nothing other than wait another 2 days to see if they bother doing their job. If not their solution is to ring back yet again. Brilliant.
Can't deliver necessary security Items and no communication
on my first order an item was back ordered. Quite a bit of time went by, so I called customer service and found out the item was not going to be available. I asked why I wasn't notified or received a refund, got no good answer, but finally a refund.
Placed another order for the rest of my needs. Same thing, item back ordered. This time it was an important part of our security. after a month or so called in and was told I would receive it the end of march, beginning of April. Then I was told the end of April. I called in to and was told they don't know when it will be available and they insisted on giving me a refund. Very disappointed with Ring.

Worst company ever!
Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their set up is totally asinine when you have to have a cell phone to get an account and when that cell phone is no longer available you cannot get a code to get into your account. I wasted 2 hours on the phone with two different customer service people. Both of them had no ideal how to help me. I can’t even get into my account to close it so I called the bank and canceled the payments. I imagine they lose a lot of customers because of their ignorant set up. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Not worth the frustration they cause.

I’m under warranty for 5 cameras
I’m under warranty for 5 cameras, my doorbell ring camera broke, reached out, they kept telling me I only had 4 cameras and my warranty was up because the cameras were old, mind you I’ve only had them for a year, finally they found my account after I asked for a supervisor, they sent me a refurbished camera all scratched up and dented, called them back, they said they’d send a brand new one, I’ve yet to receive, they also were supposed to send a new battery for my back camera, they sent a mounting kit for a camera and not my battery! They keep lying every time I call!! Most of the people I’ve spoke with have either been rude or lied! I wish I had gotten different cameras with a different service!! Not to mention if there is any motion my cameras are supposed to record! And they have failed me many times on that as well!!

HORRIBLE!! They took my money, gave me an estimated date of arrival. It never came. I didn’t get an email with a tracking number so I called to find out when to expect it. It took half an hour for someone to finally come on and say it was out of stock and would come “ sometime in a week.” I told him if it was out of order they should have said that on the website and should not have taken my money and that once they realize that it was out of order, they should’ve updated me. I told him it was terrible customer service and I asked for an exact date when I can expect it and he could not give me that. I said well I’m moving this week. They told me a date of arrival, and I expected it to be here by then and if they can’t tell me exactly when it’s coming this week, then I need to cancel my order because I physically won’t be at this address anymore. I never even got a tracking number. It all just feels so shady. It feels like a scam. I asked when I can expect my money back in my account so that I can go buy a similar product somewhere else and they said 5 to 7 days. so basically they took my money, weren’t able to give me a product, and now they’re not able to give me my money back for a week So I can’t go and buy from a competitor. I told him I would like to speak to a manager because I would like my money to be expedited but there is no supervisor for me to speak to. I asked him for a reference number for this call and he says that that is for internal use only and they can’t share that with me. I told him that I was not phone until he gave me some sort of confirmation of our conversation and asked if they would be sending me an email to confirm that I’m canceling my order and he said it would come in the next hour or two. I said we are not hanging up the phone until you send me that email. This is horrible customer service. The man told me that he will have a manager call me within the next 24 hours, but I’m not holding my breath at this point. i’ve never used them before so this was my first experience with and it was a terrible one. Zero stars.

Ring was a great company for many years and now their products and customer support is horrible. Many of their products are not compatible, customer service rep is condescending and rude. To set up the products I bought from them, it requires a bridge that they no longer sell. How do I buy the bride? Service reply- I don’t know look for it on the 2nd market.

What happened to Ring? I remember they used to be a good company and the customer service was great. Now I find the customer service is terrible. First you must respond to their AI operator which is worthless, then when they finally connect you to a person who can barely speak English they just keep asking if I want to reset my password. My password is correct but the app won't accept it. Time to switch to another competitor. Ring is NOT what it used to be.

Doorbell had continuous blue ring flash. Did all the troubleshooting, to no avail. Went on the chat. Asked for a description of the flash pattern, then said it couldn't help with the pattern. I'd have to check the app for any information. What? Seriously. How useless is that?

RING's AI solo is a scam
I bought a ring camera for my elderly parents. It came with a 'free trial' of their AI solo. I paid no attention to this as I was not interested in any way. Little did I know I was going to be charged $5 a month without my consent or knowledge until I received the charge on my credit card. Luckily I keep a close eye on those things. I didn't notice until a Saturday and of course the chat isn't open on a saturday. They didn't have a number for me to call either. It took me 45 minutes navigating the AI and the chat before I got to a human who had the nerve to tell me I was lucky to get a full refund of my $5 instead of a prorated amount. If I could have called crawled through the phone and throttled them I would have. This is a scam of epic proportions I don't need AI to misidentify a cat as a squirrel and say that it is going across my parents porch it does not have any sort of voice notification so it's not even good if you are a blind person. I can see through the camera what is going on so why do I need AI to tell me what is going on?

If I could put this as -10, I would. We had a Ring hardwired to our doorbell and the WIFI was on the other side of the 'wall' so it had constant WIFI. Something occurred that 'zapped it' and it stopped working; no video or anything. We had the cloud to stream / record video and in our billing/history; every motion/door answer shows as 'no video'. We got a new one installed and I had to cancel the other subscription because they would not 'roll it' to the new device. So I cancelled the old and added the new. I asked for a refund for the 5 months we had no video, which clearly states in our billing / activity history. This annoying customer "support" person asked me the SAME questions over and over again after I just explained everything twice. After jumping through ridiculous hoops to get to an agent, they show they are absolutely USELESS and of NO help at all. They are a joke and I told them that as well. We are looking for a new monitoring service and will wash our hands of them. Save yourself the headaches!

When the advertisement said that I didn't need a plan to use this . I was unaware of the fact that I would be on a plan for the first month of using. I thought it was an OK system with problems like I didn't see some people coming on my property,( I did see them leaving LOL) Setting the system up has glitches and no one to call to fix . Using a lot of data on my Internet connection. Then I was informed when my return time almost use up . That my plan was ending unless I paid for it. I waited to see what I would get and I got nothing usable. The whole set up became a piece of junk.I kept looking online for someway to get a hold of them because obviously I had one with a problem I gave up. I don't have a life to give to this. My husband threw away the boxes (not the first time I've told him not to do that )so I can't take it back.The other thing I don't like is the lack of privacy. I don't want a company having a record of all my friends and relatives on the property. I wanted it on my phone to delete or share as I see fit. If my husband or I are out sunbathing, I don't want that in the cloud. And when it's in the cloud, there's no way to delete what's already up there at least I didn't see it.

Ho acquistato il Ring Spioncino digitale con videocamera (Door View Cam) – spessore porta 54–75 mm, pensando fosse adatto anche a una porta blindata.
Purtroppo il prodotto ha forti limitazioni: non è compatibile con spessori superiori e non esistono soluzioni ufficiali o adattatori per estenderne l’utilizzo.
Per installarlo ho dovuto modificare la porta. Durante il montaggio si è danneggiato il cavo di collegamento e ho scoperto che non è disponibile alcun ricambio, nemmeno per la misura prevista (54–75 mm).
Ho contattato l’assistenza che mi ha chiesto di restituire l’intero dispositivo. È passato più di un mese e non ho ancora ricevuto né una sostituzione né il rimborso.
Ogni volta che contatto il servizio clienti ricevo la stessa risposta: “la spedizione è in corso”, ma senza alcun esito concreto.
Esperienza deludente, sia per le limitazioni del prodotto sia per la gestione dell’assistenza.

One issue after another setting up an existing doorbell after changing my wifi password, and ring is not available to help.
Now I'm notified that someone has accepted my invitation to share access that I never gave and don't recognize the name. I'm trying to delete her, but don't have access myself. Message says temporary issues, no access to your account. Try later. So frustrating. I will not purchase any more Ring products!
Lost my order but no refund
Never received my order after speaking with customer service who ensured I would days later. After a week of waiting I reached out to customer service who informed me that the package is somewhere but they don’t know where. They will not issue me a new device or refund. I still have not received the item after 3 weeks. Terrible customer service and bad return policy.
