Bad customer service
Bad customer service, I ordered some cameras one and they were delivered to wrong house by ups, everytime I ask customer service status on my order they say they are checking on it. It's been 8 days and no answer I've email them 6 times and they never answer me back... super bad customer service...will never buy from them again

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Customer service is a joke. They do not stand behind their products and instead offer a "discount code" for you to purchase ANOTHER of the same piece of junk that will break in just 2 years. They do not offer to repair anything or even take the time to read your email exchange, just keep offering the same thing. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy from ANY other company. I'm now trying to get rid of my floodcam, 5 motion lights, the ring doorbell Pro and cancel my yearly subscription. I have invested all of that and they still do NOT care about all of the money and time invested.

One of their just released products
One of their just released products, the stick up battery cam is junk. Reviews on Amazon are very poor. Bought mine as a new release, so no reviews available. Won't do that again. To make matters worse, they charge you to return a defective item. Won't buy from them again.

Picture quality sucks!!!!!! Is anyone else having this issue? And you are right, so does customer service. They talk a whole lot to technical jargon but this does not resolve the reality of what your problem is.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have spoken to them several times about missing video. Customer service used to be better and now its non existent. I pay the monthly fee for retention and 5 dlstraight days if video goes missing and zero response from customer service. Online video is almost non existent. Dont even purchase used unless you have 100% connectivity outside your door and even then it still may not work. Wasted so much time and money.

Very poor customer service for a simple…
Very poor customer service for a simple product exchange requirement due to hardware malfunction. I have 7 spotlight cameras and full setup of the ring alarm system. The devices work well but customer service assistance is very poor.

Ring pro is unreliable
Ring pro is unreliable. Worked great for a month. Was told to upgrade the doorbell transformer. Cost me $30 Did that. Ring worked again for about 24 hours. Now dead again. Save your money. Just buy a security camera system instead. I have a camera system already in place. Going to junk this thing and put my regular doorbell back on. Sad but true.

App funktioniert nur schlecht bis gar nicht. Haben nun eine Ring Pro, eine Cam und 2 Chime. Gespeicherte Videos können Nur sehr sehr langsam angeschaut werden oder es läd garnicht. Wir haben nun wieder vor kurzem 30 Euro investiert für das ABO und haben so langsam die Schnauze voll von der Abzocke. Support antwortet nicht auf E-Mails und am Telefon wird man vertröstet und nichts passiert. Im Großen und ganzen haben wir für die Geräte ca. 500 Euro bezahlt. Fazit MÜLL Heute 14.05.2020 funktioniert die App wieder einigermaßen.

Ring has great ads but its not reality!!
Created an account with trustpilot to rate ring. We travel in our RV a lot so we depend on, or thought we could depend on ring, to know what's happening back at our home. Once we left home, there is no connectivity whatsoever. As others mentioned in previous posts, it just keeps "connecting" but it never actually connects. It's completely worthless, we are cutting our losses and disconnecting ring to purchase a legit system. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They use your money for a very effective marketing campaign ... And that's all they are good for - marketing. Because once you get past the marketing, there's nothing to back up their claims! No value behind it. Buyer beware!!!

I have a Ring doorbell, I regret it.
I have a Ring doorbell. But not for much longer. It’s never connects despite having good wifi reception, as proven by other devices on the wifi hotspot. It takes over 5 minutes if it does at all, to notify of a ring at the door. Your better off knocking or loudly yelling than relying on the Ring to notify you someone is at the door. Live view is always “Activating Device” and then “ Live View Ended” with no feed at all. I regret buying the Ring doorbell and will avoid anything from this company again.

0 stars is not an option. It started dropping wi-fi months ago. Reset or set up new device. Now the hardwired ring has 3% battery. Customer service will gladly sell me a new one. 2 year disposable camera. Buy anything else!

Ring Spotlight hard wired camers
I had to give them 1 star because 0 was not an option. Save your money and get a more reliable system than Ring. Had it less than a year and system fails to record events. Replaced a battery operated spotlight camera as Ring said that was the problem. Replaced it with a hard wired system (no battery) and system is even less reliable now. Been communicating with Ring and getting no satisfaction. It is my opinion that Ring is as good as the Pet Rock craze in the 70´s. Fun to say you have one (Ring or Pet Rock) and just as effective.

Ring Pro was a gift from my realtor. Easy to set up, bit lost its connection after ten minutes. It would not go into set up to pair. I notified ring support. The first experience was a joke. The guy was looking for an issue with the WIFI, it checked out fine. I kept repeat Ting myself about the reset button n the unit wouldn't work, he wasnt hearing it. Finally I gave up. Then I bought a new power unit thinking that my be the problem, did not solve. Contacted ring again, same old BS. The person who I was communicating with did not understand anything. Kept asking the same questions. After several days of helping her read through all the emails, she finally got it. Now they going to send out a replacement. So they say. I'm sorry I ever received that thing as a gift. I should have re-gifted it to someone I didnt like.

Worthless customer service
Worthless customer service. One problem after another. You cant watch motions bsck without creditcard wich nobody has here in the Netherlands. Getting a lot of stress because this whole ring problem They dont even answer me back anymore and to call them will cost me a lot of money (already phonebill €60)

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. On the phone for over 2 hours today. They said it would be resolved and send me directions to finish setting up. I just got an email asking me all the same questions we had discussed on the phone. I am starting to think this Ring is a big scam.

Waste of Money
Turns out that this device only records for 30 seconds UNLESS you get the alert on your phone and view it (if you do that then it will record for up to 10 minutes) and then you pay for "professional monitoring" which means they can review what is recorded but only after they send you an email code and you repeat it to them authorizing them to review the footage, also after the 30 seconds if you didn't answer the alert on your phone it stops recording which means if someone walks by, you don't immediately look at your phone and answer the alert, they are free to do whatever around your property so long as they don't walk past the camera again, this system is a JOKE save your money

Produit peu fiable Presque un an de galère. Je loupe des sonnettes, ca marche bien un moment ca redéconne. Ai installé un relais ChimePro cela a un peu amélioré, mais toujours pas de fiabilité. J avais décidé de mettre un second relais dans une autre partie de la maison . Impossible.. on ne peut mettre q'un relais. Bref je démonte tout j'ABANDONNE

Let’s start by saying I am Not impressed with this Device. It sends notifications when there is nothing! And doesn’t seem to pick up motions real good, you have to be standing right in front of it to get a motion which is garbage! The quality of it is Trash as well. Before this ring door bell I had the nest which was awesome compared to this (Unfortunate I wasn’t able to hook it up where I am now ) . It actually informed if a person , sound or motion was at your door. This crap only tells you motion which could be anything other than a person unless an actual person rings your doorbell you wouldn’t know. I’d say save your money and find something better than this. It’s complete JUNK!

I have two ring door bells in two…
I have two ring door bells in two different properties in two different towns both dont work, One has the camera with no picture and wont charge, the other has picture and no ring or charge. The chime is useless on the third replacement they just stop working. Over Ring. Com going back to the old doorbell with overhead camera. So expensive didn’t even last two years!

I would give the Ring customer service a 0 if I could. I had a simple matter that could have been cared for in minutes. Ten days latter and having communicated with seven Ring customer service people, including Jamie Siminoff, Chief Inventor and Founder, and still the matter has not been resolved. Rings customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Again, I would give them a 0.

Concept good work out your kinks Ring
Good product not so good customer service. I just sold my old home and moved to a new one. I informed the ring team of my address change before the tracking number was issued. I was told to wait and contact the ring team when the tracking number was issued. I was told to wait at a 4pm, the tracking number was e-mailed to me at 3:30 that same day? I don’t know why I was made aware of the tracking number before the ring team was, but anyway I sent them the tracking number. The package didn’t arrive two days after it was supposed to. So when I looked online to track they said they were unsure of where to send the package. They did not know how to reach my new home. I hope you fix this in the future. When a customer has a change of address, you should not be asking them to look up the tracking numbers, you should have access to it. If your customers have to e-mail you two and three times with information you should have, it creates a inconvenience for them. In fairness there were a whole list of other problems with UPS. For a while I believe they could not find the package. I received it one week later than I expected. Products are not very compatible with smart home capabilities ie: Alexa, apple home. Ring team fix this

Horrible! They could kill you even you don't want their product and cancel the order.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Try to avoid Ring(any kind of engagement) because these people can suck the blood out. We ordered ring products for almost $2000 thinking that we secure the whole house in one go. We suddenly realized that we made a mistake( we ordered way too much without any experience with Ring) and should cancel the order. According to their policy, you cancel within 30 minutes. We called them and their rep canceled our order and confirmed that you will receive the money in 3 to 5 business days.. We also received our shipping fee in the account. Five days later we had the products at our door. After that, it was a nightmare. Our money is still stuck. We had to call them a thousand times, for return, generating shipping labels, drop the products and plead for releasing the funds. The cherry on top, they have horrible reps in their customer service. The supervisor was ranting about how they are giving us a full refund. I mean what else he could do, like not give the money back or charge us for their mistake. When I am constantly asking the explanation of loosing 8 hours on phone with them, stuck money for over a month, he is saying it is a process. May God save everyone from this horrible company.
