Wat een vreselijke service.
Wat een vreselijke service. Deurbel gaat binnen bijna nooit af. Je hoort hem alleen buiten. 2x 30 minuten aan de telefoon met een gebrekkig Nederlands sprekende helpdesk. Oplossing: niets Binnenkort alles in de verkoop en overstappen op een betrouwbaarder merk. Update 15-02-2025 Er zou binnen 2 dagen contact op worden genomen door de technische dienst. En nu 5 dagen later. . . . Precies. NIETS GEHOORD. En jawel nog steeds niet gehoord, maar nu laad de batterij niet meer op. Deurbel doet helemaal niets meer. Wat een waardeloze kwaliteit. Heb voor €600 aan m'n huis hangen en ik heb er helemaal geen zak meer aan.

Wat een slecht bedrijf zeg! Al jaren klant, van rekening gewijzigd en vergeten aan te passen en zonder dat je een waarschuwing krijgt zeggen ze gewoon je abonnement op en ben je al je beeldmateriaal kwijt van 4 camera's. En dan bieden ze ter compensatie een tientje korting op je volgende abonnement aan.

Lots of 1*’s !!
Our ring door bell does not record all activity. Notifications when people ring the door bell are delayed so we are unable to interact while visitors are still at the door. Just been notified that this year’s subscription is going up over 40%…. when I rung was untold there is no change in the service. Just a 40% increase. The call handler offered to show me how to cancel my policy if I did not want to pay the increase. I noticed the company does not respond to reviews, which is perhaps further evidence of their values.

Ved første øjekast er det super lækre…
Ved første øjekast er det super lækre produkter med let anvendelig app og setup. Men er der problemer er der ingen hjælp at hente, og man kan bruge timer i endeløse cirkler af robotstyrede chatfunktioner der ikke giver noget svar. Kommer man endelig igennem til et menneske, har de ingen anden funktion end at bede en om at ringe til UK telefonnummer, som derefter starter cirklen af robotgenererede spørgsmål over telefonen i stedet.

Was für ein Laden! Kamera kam, wegen WLAN-Problem nicht aussen einsatzfähig. Retouren-Label: Kein eMail Support mehr aktiv Kontakt-Nr der Homepage nicht bekannt Nach langer Suche eine 0800 mit internationalem Ansagtext. Irgendwann bei einem kaum Deutsch sprechenden Experten. Verifizieren, Nummern suchen und was weiß ich noch alles, wir eine Warenrückgabe extremst erschwert!!! Noch sitze ich auf dem Artikel. Nichts kaufen bei RING, sei gewarnt!

VERY disappointed. Don't waste your money.
Constantly misses packages being delivered or picked up, which is kinda important, and yes, I'm being sarcastic. Seemed to work ok in the beginning (2021) but has consistently gone downhill. One time, I saw a pkg had been delivered...fine. I was not home, so later I looked and it was gone, with no video of who took it. Thankfully, my husband had grabbed it, but there was no video. This has happened NUMEROUS times. Sometimes it doesn't capture it being delivered OR picked up. Last year, someone had plowed into our mailbox and left it in pieces; that wasn't captured either. I checked the camera frame by frame. Nothing. All I could find out was that it happened around 3:30-4:00 am on a Sunday morning. In the meantime, they keep raising the price. They started charging in 2021 $30 for the year. Then a few dollars each years. Finally, I see this year they want $49.99. So in 4 years, it's gone up $20. On the other hand, I do have a video of a bug crawling across the camera, so if you want to pay $49.99 to catch insects, then this is your product, that is, as long as the insect is directly on the camera. Very disappointed.

RIng Doorbell internally fractured glass/acrylic
I called Ring technical support due to the glass/acrylic on my ring doorbell is fractured. The issue is internal to the unit as the outside is still smooth. My tech rep was told by a supervisor, Faith, that physical damage is not covered and was not given any solution. So if an internal part fails(is damaged) still not covered(they could not answer that). Not real happy as this is my second doorbell already.

Waardeloze klantenservice. Heb 6 camera's van Ring, en was tevreden met de eerste paar. Heb onlangs een paar stickup pro's gekocht, maar die zijn hun geld niet waard. Gaan stuk binnen een maand en zijn niet gemaakt voor buiten. Wilde ze dus retouneren maar dat ging alles behalve soepel. Veels te omslachtig en langdradig. Als een product niet goed is moet je het gewoon makkelijk terug kunnen sturen. Anders sta je als fabrikant niet achter je product vind ik. Zeer slecht dus! Ga gauw overstappen op camera's van Eufy. Die hebben overigens veel betere beeldkwaliteit. Ben helemaal klaar met Ring.

I'd give them no stars if I could because Ring.com has deceived me. I was not told on purchasing this item (over £110) that I would have to pay monthly to keep the service running. It's a disgrace.

J'ai acheté une sonnette qui est toujours hors connexion et qui se décharge en une semaine j'ai appelé plusieurs fois le service client, il mon envoyé une nouvelle batterie et toujours le même problème trop déçu surtout pour le prix qui n'ai pas donné

Won't transfer business ownership
Had Ring for our business. Previous manager had ownership of the device. Requested change of ownership and it was not approved. Chatted with a representative that said to do it again, wait another 15 days, and if it doesn't work, oh well. Will never purchase a ring product.

Whats wrong is this service has access to your privacy. This is the greatest scam for the Government to use cameras to spy and illegally watching, listening to your family. All over the internet your info is blasted anyone can Hack their service. I have a buddy that did..... so its not safe

ONE STAR is too good for them.
We paid for EXPEDITED shipping. However, it will take our REPLACEMENT item to get to our business within 7 to 10 days. Is this quick service….ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Now, Ring does not want to refund the fee we paid for expedited shipping, because it is not there fault that the carrier has elected to take their time getting us the package. How about this, use UPS or FEDEX to get the item to the consumer. USPS has NEVER been ‘quick’ in anything. RING, please do better by your customers. Your customer service has vastly DECREASED over the years. We are not ‘new’ customers.

Unhelpful and disrespectful customer service
Worst customer service ever! Wasted my money with a defective doorbell. Tried reporting it but the agent was so unhelpful and replies with sarcasm. Very unprofessional! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Hele slechte klantenservice, doe niet wat ze moeten doen. beeldkwaliteit camera heel slecht deurbel camera is wel goed. Maar de buiten Camera ontzettend slecht beeld volgens de klantenservice komt het door de wifi dat lijkt me sterk want de deurbel zit op de dezelfde wifi. volgende buiten Camera zeker geen ring.

Disgusting 40% increase
Just looked at my bank account, to find that Ring have taken £49.99. Without any notification. That’s over 40% increase. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to cancel, but can not do this till next year. Needless to say, I will not be renewing again. There are much better options out there, without subscription charges.

Dreadful after sales service
Dreadful after sales service. If you need a good service I would look for another supplier, NOT RING. Two weeks ago I ordered 4 pack spotlight cam pro plug-in - spending £650. Camera's arrived next day - so far so good. BUT one of the cables was faulty. Probably the transformer in the middle of the cable. I phoned support. Spoke to a total idiot. After 25 minutes on the phone, i was assured the replacement cable would be posted out to me. Its now 2 weeks since and no cable has arrived. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I have just 3 cameras working and will have to pay my electrician to come back if the 4th cable if it ever arrives. AVOID RING IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE SERVICE.

They renewed my subscription without any correspondence and did not inform me the cost was going up from 35.99 to 49.99. Didn't send me any communication at all. Npticed transaction on card and cancelled it within 24hrs and they're only giving refund of 45.82. How does that add up? Even if you wanted to charge for a 24hr period, 49.99/365 rounds up to 14p. Reporting it as a fraudulant transaction. Customer service is none existent. Don't answer phone and live chat website page is in constant error. Convenient. Rarely even used the camera because the battery would run out so quickly. Much better options without con subscriptions.

Apparecchio non funziona
Apparecchio non funziona. Ho cambiato 2 citofoni (ENTRAMBI COMPATIBILI) pensando fossero loro il problema. Quelle poche volte che funziona lo fa con notevole ritardo! Assistenza molto gentile che però non riesce a risolvermi il malfunzionamento!
