Buitencamera Pro met te korte USB-C kabel!
Buitencamera Pro gekocht, omdat er een USB-C kabel met adapter van 6 meter bij zou zitten volgens de productspecificatie op de website. Pakket ontvangen, is de kabel maar 2,5 meter lang. Gebeld met Ring, krijg ik als antwoord:" Dan heeft u pech gehad ....".
Dat is nog eens klantvriendenlijkheid!

Had to call AGAIN for the 3rd time. Tech nice but I see the same issue I've called about is still occurring. Didn't pick up or show what actually occurred. I won't bother to call Ring again. A very huge waste of time.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.... Gerade versucht eine Bestellung zu retounieren.... Der Kundenservice eine Vollkatastrophe, in diesem Fall bei mir eine Person Namens Anasimon. Ich hatte bestellt und direkt über paypal bezahlt und somit eine Gastbestellung ohne Konto gehabt. Laut Anasimon brauche ich aber ein Konto, also mir ein Konto parallel zum Chat mit Anasimon eingerichtet und werde von dieser Person im Chat dermassen gedrängelt. Absolute Vollkatastrophe.... Ich hoffe das ich das Rücksendeetikett spätestens am Donnerstag bekomme, damit ich die Bestellung noch vor Weihnachten zurück senden kann. Ansonsten werde ich paypal einschalten. Bestellen werde ich dort definitv nie wieder.

My father in law passed away last year, Ring have just taken the yearly subscription from a credit card not even in his name anymore. When we ring they have no sympathy or wish to help get the money refunded. They have advised to go back to the credit card company. Just shows what a spiteful money at all costs crap company this is!

Very slow system. You pay for the connection with mobile, but most of the times it doesn't work, to slow.
Wifi in the device is very bad, weak connection although close to wifi router.

Ik had direct bij nl-nl.ring een deurbel besteld en betaald. Bel is retour gestuurd en aangekomen. Terugbetaling kan blijkbaar weken! duren. Ze kunnen niet zeggen hoe lang het gaat duren.
Advies; altijd bestellen via bijv. Bol met achteraf betalen
Apalling after sales service
ordered to devices and when my engineer tried to install the ring doorbell, it was damaged in the packaging. I rang customer services to ask for a replacement who stated that she was only authorised to refund 30% even though it was within the 30 day guarantee and it was faulty. Had to contact them again for a return label which I did manage to do but the whole process took and hour of faffing about with numbers (all of which they would have on their system. I asked for a complaints email and guess what, they don't have one! Products are good but customer service is appalling.
Fragwürdiger Telefonservice
Um im Rahmen einer Rücksendung, an ein Retouren Label zu gelangen, musste ich den Service telefonisch kontaktieren. Eine Emailadresse war nicht zu finden. Das folgende Telefonat war grotesk. Es war ein Mix aus einem Sprachdefizit (deutsch) seitens des Mitarbeiters und einer extrem schlechten Verbindung, wie ich hier schon mehrfach gelesen habe. Während des Telefonats sollte ich die noch versiegelte Verpackung öffnen, wogegen ich protestierte. Ich sollte die auf der Rückseite (des Ringmoduls) stehende Mac-Nummer vorlesen. Nur mit der Mac-Nummer würde ich ein Retourenlabel bekommen. Das Gespräch dauerte 30 Minuten. Das brauche ich nicht noch einmal.

I’ve requested to return this item and ring are honouring this: ring have even sent me a RMA
However, when it comes to sending me a returns label it appears they are finding this exceptionally difficult- be wary of their returns process and where you buy this item from - Bunnings would have given me my money back in a moment - I’ve requested from ring.com a returns label 3 times and still told to wait yet another 24 hours

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. Allemaal mensen aan de telefoon die niet eens de Nederlandse taal verstaan. Dus ze begrijpen je probleem ook niet. Na 7 Keer te hebben gebeld vonden wij het genoeg. Snel overstappen op een ander camera systeem. Iemand een suggestie!!

online staff and completely stupid and keep ling to you. its like there trying to make fun of you. sample of a 20 min chat: Staff said "you can call this uk number 24/7". so i called the number and they said on the phone that they was closed. so i messaged back to the same person on line chat that the number he gave me was closed. i told them that it wasnt open 24/7. his reply was "i didnt say it was open 24/7" are they taking the p****** there a complete joke.
Eine einzige Katastrophe
Eine einzige Katastrophe : Um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen, muss man über 30 Minuten in der Telefonhotline u. a. seine Mailadresse, die Serialnummer der Geräte und die Bestellnummer buchstabieren. Das ganze wird X mal wiederholt, weil man entweder die Mitarbeiter nicht versteht oder weil sie einen selber angeblich nicht verstehen.
Zusätzlich musste ich parallel eine Account bei Ring anlegen.
Man hat die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, dass man nur hingehalten werden soll, warum auch immer.
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, nur um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen!
Support Vertification Issues
I got a support verification code fine but terminated the call as I did not have WiFi name and password to hand. When I had these it was impossible to get another verification code and their Chat was unable to offer any advice or solution! When I asked how to make a complaint they seemed to have gone off line. Appalling service!
DO NOT BUY FROM RING.COM or .CO.UK
I clicked on a targeted google advertisement for discounts still available at Ring.com. As i clicked on the google advert, it took me to RING.COM. The offer was clearly on the screen and the camera I wanted was pretty much, half price.
When i tried to check out, it said, 'one or more items in your basket are unavailable'.
So i tried again, choosing a different colour, same result. I went back to the prooduct page and there were no messages saying 'Offer ended' or 'Limited Stock' so I tried once more, and nothing.
I got on to customer service via Chat the following day (they were cllosed at the time I tried to purchase) and I was told that the offer i wanted had expired and that the reason I wasnt able to purchase is because there was no stock left or it had sold out.
As we were chatting about the camera, after being told it was sold out, I got a an email from RING..COM saying "you left an item in your cart, please click here to complete thhe purchase".
While we were chatting, i tried to complete and guess what, there was stock available!!!!!
I asked for a call back from a Manager. A female Customer Service Manager based in Egypt called BASSANT, who had no clue about consumer law and no clue about customer service. She basically told me, "no, we will not honour your purchase because there was only so much stock allocated to the sale.
I asked, " where on your website and the Google targeted Advert which brought me to ring.com did it say "limited stock or buy before a certain time or date"?
She,, of course, had no answer to this, she just kept on saying, sorry, we cannot give you this offer.
I am a RING customer for over 8 years,, cameras, bell, subscription for video camera storage but they DO NOT CARE.
I will be leaving RING and moving to google or Alexa for my security as they have no cncept of customer care, they do not put the customer 1st and quite clearly, people like BASSANT need additional training to ensure the customer is happy.
So, please, if you value respect and honesty, DO NOT BUY FROM RING.COM or any reseller who is selling their prducts as you are still contributing to their business.
I would like to say WELL DONE to BASSANT for her AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVCE SKILLS (sarcasm).
Finally, I will be reporting RING.COM to CCPC (Competition and Consumer Protection Commission) for false advertising, being misleading and disingenious.

Hallo, ik heb een vraag? Ik heb voor 4 abonnementscamera's betaald terwijl er maar 3 zijn. Ruim een half jaar geleden heb ik een van de camera's verwijderd. Ik vraag me af waarom je een naam in rekening brengt. De keukencamera is volledig verwijderd en toch heb je mij er kosten voor in rekening gebracht. Een ander probleem is dat de naam van het Klantenservice-telefoonnummer, die in Europa NL, niet werkt, noch in België, noch in Spanje.... waar kan ik bellen? Laten we kijken of je het probleem oplost en mijn 39,99 euro terugstuurt!

Après avoir fait constater la panne de l'alarme qui ne fonctionne plus du tout, au mois de septembre 2024, Ring indique qu'elle ne dispose plus de base disponible en stock. Après avoir indiqué qu'elle serait en mesure de fournir une base neuve au mois de décembre 2024, la société vient de m'indiquer qu'elle n'avait finalement toujours pas de stock !!!! Et n'est pas en mesure de fournir une date !!! Déplorable

Nach Bestellung Ware nicht erhalten. Kein Tracking der Ware angegeben, ich warte seit 10 Tagen auf meine Artikel. Zusteller GLS kommt wieder immer vermutlich gar nicht zur Adresse sondern stellt direkt in einem mir unbekannten Shop zu. Der Support bei Ring ist absolut katastrophal, will nicht helfen. Ich habe also 600 Euro ausgegeben und nichts dafür erhalten.

This company, which is associated with Amazon, erases all bad reviews and reports. They have a huge problem with a stuck IR lens which causes the camera screen to go pink. Google pink screen on ring cameras and see for yourself. I have had two out of my three camera fail and go pink. Their solution is to offer a 30% discount off retail price. The camera are way less than the 30% offered when they go on sale. Save yourself the time and trouble and go with a more reliable brand.

Worst Experience ever, bought a ring doorbell took 5 days to receive it, in 1 week it just died, completely, called the support and after some tests they decided to send a new one, so I imagined I would get it about 5 days later, after 13 days, nothing, called them and they said it has not been even dispatched yet, I asked why if I got it in 5 days before and they said would only take a couple more days to be dispatched, and I have been without a doorbell for a long time now, asked them for a refund they told me I need to send my useless and worthless device back, it takes about 5 days and then wait 10 more days for my money back, and that is to return something that is useless to me, so I have to pay them first for something that does not work, and they cant return my money before they get the useless piece of garbage that I will send them

New full subscription for every new camera
It's outrageous that I have to buy a separate new subscription for every new camera, when I already bought a description, what a scam. Other concurrents give you at least free storage up to 4 cameras. I regret that I bought Ring Doorbell and subscribed from the beginning, because I thought I can add just one more camera, but now I'm selling everything.
