regelrechte ramp
Als er aangebeld wordt en je kijkt op de webpagina om te zien wie er is moet je eerst inloggen en dan krijg je de vraag of deze browser vertrouwd is en dan nog een keer een bevestiging en dan nog een keer klikken op live view. Inmiddels is de beller al weer vertrokken. een regelrechte ramp. Nu twee maand later: - Ongelooflijk slechte service: Ik ben mijn telefoon verloren. Ik probeer via de website in te loggen. Dit is onmogelijk zonder telefoon (verificatiecode). Via de chat geprobeerd alsnog in te loggen. Je wordt afgescheept, omdat je geen telefoon hebt. Ik kan nu dus geen beelden meer zien.

Deutscher Kundensupport kann nur sehr schlecht deutsch
Der Kundensupport war sehr bemüht, hatte aber absolute Probleme, die deutsche Sprache zu verstehen. Ergebnis: 1 Stunde Telefonat umsonst erfolgt, die Einrichtung des Chime kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Zudem kann über die RingApp das Abo nicht gekündigt werden, da ständig eine Fehlermeldung hierbei erscheint.

IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. STAY AWAY FROM RING. HAVE ENCOUNTER SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THEM THAT HAS CONFIRM MY SUSPICIOUS DURING MY 10 MONTHS WITH THEM. BEEN SCAM,HACK AND CONSTANTLY NEED TO CHANGE PASSWORD WITH THEM. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAVE. ANOTHER THING THEY INTERFERE/LISTEN TO YOUR CALLS.

Paid $200 for an outdoor floodlight…
Paid $200 for an outdoor floodlight RING camera 4 years ago. About 6 months ago the LED floodlights became dim and kept flickering. After working with customer service I was told I cannot replace the LED lights. I would have to replace the whole thing for another $200.I will not be buying anymore ring products. Very dissatisfied

Worst customer service and returns process
Cant vouch for the product, but DO NOT order from ring.com. Their customer service is one of the worst experiences I've ever had since the dawn of the internet. I tried to cancel an order from their website as it was being prepared to ship. I couldnt cancel so it shipped to me anyway. Couldnt return on the website so had to call. They made me create an account (for a product I'll never use) unbox both items to read them mac addresses and then they sent separate labels forcing me to get new boxes (because they shipped together) and then drive two separate boxes to a UPS store/

Gewoon in alles slecht, 0 sterren
Na een aantal jaar redelijk gebruik te hebben gemaakt van het systeem (vertraagde meldingen van soms wel 5 min, slechte roze beelden) nu opeens geen verlenging van contract mogelijk. Na uren aan de telefoon en beloftes het op te lossen en weken wachten is opslaan van gegevens niet meer mogelijk. Dit is volgens mij de belangrijkste functie: bij een melding kunnen kijken wat er gaande is. NOOIT MEER DIT SYSTEEM!!!!!!!! en wat een VRESELIJKE klantenservice.

Na dat de ring abonnement proef periode was afgelopen kwamen de problemen met betaling,volgen klantenservice kunnen ze niet incasseren wat al raar is ,maar goed Wij geven aan kunnen wij t overmaken? dit is dus niet mogelijk en geven zei aan dat wij iemand anders in de gegevens moeten zetten bij wie t wel afgeschreven kan worden.ronduit belachelijk Naast dit heuvel is de doorbell voor de nacht echt mega slecht wij gaan dan ook echt overstappen op de eufy die hanteerd ook geen abonnement

Finger weg von dieser Firma
Bloß nicht bei dieser Firma kaufen. Kamera im Wert von knapp 70 Euro wieder zurückgeschickt mit Retourenlabel. Keine Antwort, keine Reaktion und per Mail nicht erreichbar. Ware weg, Geld futsch. Nie wieder Firma Ring. Selbst null Sterne wären noch zu viel.

NULL STERNE ! FINGER WEG!
Absolute Verbrecher! Nach Erhalt eines Return Labels - was sich nicht einfach gestaltet hat und mit vielen furchtbaren Telefonaten mit Menschen, die deutsche Sätze auswendig gelernt haben, aber nicht in Deutsch (und auch nicht in Englisch auf Nachfrage) kommunizieren können - die Ware am 25.10. zurückgesendet, laut Zustellungsnachweis am 30.10. zugestellt, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung und schon gar keine Rückzahlung erhalten! Per Mail ist das Unternehmen nicht erreichbar, nur über die Hotline. Dieses Unternehmen ist eine reinste Katastrophe. Nie wieder RING. Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung ever. So ein miserabler Service ist mir noch nie untergekommen.

Belabberde klantenservice
Heb de Ring deurbel incl chime in mei 2021 gekocht. De bel zelf werkt wel aardig prima, al zit er best wel een vertraging tussen het aanbellen en een melding krijgen via de chime en/of app en de camera reageert soms op alleen bewegende bomen en soms niet echte beweging zoals personen. Nu is enkele maanden geleden mijn chime stuk gegaan, na eigenlijk al vanaf het begin er problemen mee te hebben, en dmv contact met een medewerker en de instructies in de app geprobeerd om hem weer aan de praat te krijgen maar dit is niet gelukt. Vervolgens bel ik de klantenservice na een tijdje weer op. Ik kreeg te horen omdat het buiten de garantieperiode viel, hij niet vervangen kon worden door hun, oftewel ik moet er zelf weer een kopen a €40,-. Nu lees ik in veel recensies dat veel van hun apparaten dus vlak na die 2 jaar garantie periode kapot gaan. Heel toevallig! Ik deel deze ervaring ook. Ik heb nog contact opgenomen via de chat met Ring maar ook daar kreeg ik weinig respons en als oplossing alleen een kortingscode voor een nieuwe chime. ik heb daar mijn klacht neergelegd en aangegeven dat ik er aan zit te denken om een goedkoper merk aan te schaffen maar het lijkt ze allemaal geen donder uit te maken. Klantenservice vind ik dus erg ver te zoeken

Vanishing Orders and Dreadful Service
Ordered a transformer online, got a confirmation email, but absolutely nothing after that. Never updated or anything, after two weeks of nothing, I got into their chat and they had to escalate it to some team!! Naturally, never heard back from them, so back to chat and dreams of resolution. No response from team. So now they are checking if the transformer is available!! Would that not be nice to indicate something on the Web site? I bought a cheap transformer, which failed, so I thought Ring would be a better bet. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Bad, stay away
Product design is going in a wrong direction. Increased subscription cost when competition saved on card and free. Battery is not replaceable on new products and this is not clearly communicated to customers.

It’s sad that we all accept poor…
It’s sad that we all accept poor customer service. I contacted Ring customer service and that poor person had absolutely no clue what she was saying. She made absolutely no sense. I’m sick of these companies going offshore to hire cheap labor. At least hire someone that at least knowledgeable. First of all, it’s so hard to understand their English. Secondly, they can’t find the right script to help the customer. They get frustrated so the next thing you get disconnected purposely. We as Americans continue to allow these companies to take our money and provide this type of service. I finally hung up and figured out the issue myself.

Poor Product/Poor Customer Service
I purchased 2 Ring Floodlight cameras almost a year ago with the Protection Plan. The backyard camera malfunctioned and shorted out about a month ago and it was replaced under warranty. After installation, it stated that I did not have the Protection Plan on the new camera although I had purchased it for both camera's and it would expire in January 2024. I called Ring and they stated that they canceled it over to the new camera and both the front and back camera would be covered until January. I get notice today that the backyard camera has expired and has no protection. I contacted Ring and they said they don't transfer Protection Plan's and that I should have canceled the old Plan and they would credit my card back and issue a new Protection Plan for both camera's. "Cris" stated that they don't transfer. So basically the first person I spoke to lied to me. Shorting out in the first year and being lied to is not good business practice. Too many other products on the market. If you choose Ring, buyer beware.

Produit est plutôt bon mais SAV plus que douteux
Le produit est plutôt bon mais le SAV est à la limite de l'arnaque. Un élément du kit était défectueux et j'ai souhaité le faire remplacer. Pas de mail, il faut appeler un numéro. Si vous sélectionnez français, une voix automatique épelle un email absolument incompréhensible. À tel point que je pense sincèrement que c'est intentionnel et que ce n'est pas juste une protection contre le scam. Si vous sélectionnez anglais, vous êtes redirigé vers un call center en Inde : 45 min avec plusieurs interlocuteurs à leur envoyer des photos de l'installation, à faire des tests (parfois à refaire le même test à plusieurs reprises) alors que le problème était absolument évident... Sincèrement, le processus relevait plus de la manipulation psychologique (dans le but de faire douter et fatiguer le client) que de la résolution de problème. Je déconseille donc fortement car si vous avez le malheur de tomber sur un lot avec un produit défectueux, autant racheter. De plus cela témoigne d'une culture de l'arnaque dans l'entreprise donc à éviter.

Ring.com is the worst of the worst. One star rating is so unfair. They easily deserve minus 10 stars. 75 Hours spent on set up over 6 months. Even their technical support could not set up and all what they offer is try on your own.

Don't buy Ring cameras for securiy
Don't buy Ring cameras for a security system unless you are around to reset them when they lose wifi connection. I bought 5 of them to monitor a home in FL from OH. Only one remains online and available to see what's going on. To reset a camera you have to push the button on the camera. That's hard to do from 1500 miles away. Or you can delete the camera with the app and then reconnect it, but that also requires you to be near the camera. Wish I'd known this before I bought them.

I bought ring doorbell
I bought ring doorbell, indoor and outdoor camera. I want to return doorbell as they delivered wired one. It is very very difficult to return. First you have to chat to customer care then they will ask MAC addresses and in between their chat window closed and again you have to start from scratch. Also one agent was telling that they will send return order to my email but even after one week I did not receice any return order. Please do not buy from ring.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No command of English language. Spend over one hour on phone and could not get Ring bell to work. Had the device for over a year. No help what so ever. Later this day I get an email that they have refunded my yearly fee. It was refunded to a closed Mastercard acct. I called again was told to dea with the bank. I ditched the bell and will never do business with ring again.

Poor customer service
I had an incorrect replacement of solar cam with battery. Multiple calls (6 or 7), dragged for more than 1 month with having any success in getting the correct replacement. All kinds of issue, sent the wrong replacement part, then sent to the wrong address. And the request didn't get process, stuck in their system. This is not what the consumer would expect from Ring.com. The customer service is just incompetent in resolving the issue. Please think twice if you are going to invest in Ring product.
