Entweder man zahlt seine 40 bis 120 Euro im Jahr oder man hat eine quasi wertlose Echtzeitkamera mit Klingelfunktion. Wenn man also erfahren möchte, wer heute an der Tür war, muss man nur in Echtzeit vor der Kamera sitzen...ohne Worte

Disabled house chime, requires subscription

I wasn't happy right off the bat when it disabled my regular house chime for no good reason. Not everyone in the house has a smartphone at hand when the doorbell is rung. Also requires a subscription to be useful. Won't even save a still image unless you pay up. It also lags when the doorbell is rung. It doesn't send an alert to the phone for 5 or 10 seconds sometimes. I don't recommend. Its just a scam to collect subscription fees.

Geo fence not working called spent 1hr45min to one person trying to trouble shoot then to be told need to transfer me to advance team spent another 20min with that person asking thr same questions then to be told hung up and do a restart on phone and I will call u back in 15min Well 2hrs later no call and guess what still back at square one Dumb ass thinking I would get help and a return call

Waardeloos. Na twee jaar en een paar dagen werkte mij Ring deurbel Pro niet meer. Naar de winkel terug en men vertelde mij dat ik twee dagen te laat was om aanspraak te maken op garantie. Diverse keren bezig geweest om opnieuw te installeren maar krijg steeds een foutcode. Wat een waardeloos apparaat waar je maar twee jaar gebruik van heb kunnen maken.

Retour gaat mis, ik had 1 returnlabel gekregen voor meerdere producten uit 2 orders (kort na elkaar besteld) en nog specifiek gevraagd of ik de verschillende items tezamen mocht retourneren. Bewijs van UPS dat ze 2 aug 2023 doos ontvangen hadden. Geen melding of geld terug. Ik nu op 18 aug bellen, krijg ik ineens wel geld terug, maar alleen voor de producten gekoppeld aan het returnlabel!?! Kom ik nog €300 tekort! Oplichters!!! NIET bestellen en foto’s maken v alles! Zo’n spijt en dom dat ik vertrouwde dat retour wel goed zou gaan. Ze gaan nu kijken of ze de doos kunnen vinden…wordt nog teruggebeld met 24uur, hou mijn hart vast, wat een kudt winkel. Alles alleen per telefoon en minimaal 20 minuten ad lijn ?!

RING service benedenpijl

vandaag 16-08-2023 contact gehad met klanten service van RING prima en netjes te woord gestaan en mijn probleem voor gelegd en gevraagd wat de oplossing zou kunnen zijn van mijn video deurbel pro 2 is het drukrubber gescheurd en zou ik graag vervange om te voorkomen dat de bel verder door vocht helemaal stuk zou gaan . Maar dit kleine onderdeel van een paar euro is niet los te leveren door RING en mij wordt geadviseerd om elders te zoeken en anders een hele nieuwe bel aan te kopen voor een paar honderd euro ondanks het aanbod voor korting vind ik dit een zeer slechte service van Ring je mag van kwalitei toch wel verwachten dat het langer als een paar jaar mee gaat Heb later ook nog een camera gekocht hoop dat die het langer uithoud !

It does not work to record anything now without subscription. I can not log into my account because my email changed quite a while ago. I got on their chat and to update my email I have to go to a site that charges you. This is very aggravating!

What a joke!

What a joke! I ordered a floodlight camera and paid only to receive multiple emails saying order not shipped. I called customer support and was advised the item was not on back order and in stock and that the best option would be for them to cancel my order and then place a new order. OK I said let’s do that that! Guess what?…my original order was for $119.99, and now they want $199.99 for the new order!!!! Seems like deliberate customer service policy to delay order processing at the low price and have customers cancel the order forcing them to order at the new price!!! Thanks Ring….I am moving to Blink!

Ring can't get out of its own way

In the past two weeks I've followed all of Ring's asks from customer support regarding a disconnected device. Every time I'm told I will receive a phone call back within 3 business days I never receive a call. Just when I thought I finally had a resolution and they were to ship out the new devices I was disconnected. when I called back they told me I had to start the resolution process all over again. I'm now 6 phone calls and 4 hours plus in without a resolution. Unbelievable.

Solche Firmen leben nur von solcher abzocke, da sie den Kunden an die sogenannten Abos binden will. Nie wieder Ring. Nach 30 Tagen kann man die Cams nicht einmal zurückgeben also muss man sie Verkaufen mit erheblichem Wertverlust.

Deurbel kan niet meer dan eenmaal worden ingedrukt

Deurbel maakt buiten geluid als je erop drukt haha dat is gewoon komedie. En je kunt niet twee of drie keer aanbellen als iemand de bel niet hoort. Je moet een minuut of iets dergelijks gaan wachten voordat je nogmaals de bel kunt horen. Dit maakt de bel totaal waardeloos. Bezorgers lopen allemaal weg nadat ze drie keer aanbellen waarbij alleen de eerste keer wordt geregistreerd. Beter een gewone bel en aparte camera voor buiten

Saturday I received a half a dozen unsolicited emails from ring asking me to confirm my account. After seeing them I called Sunday to inform them that I hadn't requested any of their products or an account. Before the call ended their customer service rep who refused to give an operator number or her full name informed me that my account was now activated.....what a scam avoid these people and their shady practices. Followed up with the better business bureau as well. Their address xal be found online I looked after their operator informed me she isn't allowed to give out their address. Horrible practices at this business

I sent off a rather Sour (but factual & truthfull) email telling Ring about various tedious problems popping up frequently.. couple days later lights turned off I couldn't get it to turn on .then saw a message on the app from Ring that this cam/floodlight is being updated. This floodlight is set to turn on/off at dusk/dawn. Tonight turned on at 23:00 and when I'm up at 03:00 the darned thing is off Again??(still pitch black outside) Doorbell/cam All too often says it's offline. Other cam/floodlight (with lights on) now (after update) only works in monochrome (bl/white) while 3rd one records in color. If raining/snowing recording looks like pure static -even if theres just (normal) humidity in the air recording is useless. I've already sent back one cam/floodlight. Also not all of the diodes in one floodl. turns off but lightly glowing. due to cheap /bad design? -I suspect it's because the Off-switch cuts only one phase..Even if set up to react only if human silouette is recognized -Even a tiny insect will trigger it.Tarp moving -Same crap.Leafes on hedge moving in light breeze-same crap.small birds-Same crap! on numerous occ.if I want to turn lights on or off manually I get message in the app that lights couldn't be turned off -or on.. The sound (mic) is just a Bad Joke (sounds like Mickey Mouse from within a tunnel with feedback and tons of delay-Useless!) -I am VERY disappointed in this system as the LAST thing one needs is an alarm that will ONLY GIVE YOU A FALSE FEELING OF SECURITY.. -Also I am wondering if Ring can OVERRIDE my settings just to Pi** me off ??? -ALL items Will be returned to local seller if I don't hear from Ring on here And directly to me.. Ich habe für eine Ring Kamera ein Solarpanel bestellt. Nach 10 Tagen war die Ware immer noch nicht da und hing laut GLS Sendungsverfolgung immer noch im Paketzentrum. Support seitens GLS (3 x angerufen) und Ring (4 x angerufen) hätte ich mir sparen können. 60€ wurden sofort abgebucht von der Kreditkarte und Ring meint die wären ab Versand raus aus der Sache….
