La ring dorbell 2 reçoit très mal le wifi Ma box est à 15m et elle se déconnecte tout le temps de plus elle est branchée sur mon ancienne sonnette donc en direct et la batterie se décharge malgré tout. Après avoir appelé le service technique , réponse : il faut la charger de temps en temps Pratique quand il faut tout débrancher

Nadat mijn lens van mij ring deurbel troebel was geworden en Ring had gebeld of hier iets aangedaan kon worden kreeg ik te horen dat hij net uit de garantie is, werd er niets meegedaan kon alleen een kleine korting krijgen, en van een verwachte levensduur heeft men nooit gehoord. Ik ben eens rond gaan kijken voor een nieuwe deurbel en het is de “EUFY Videodeurbel 2K met Homebase” geworden, het beeld is beter dan Ring deurbel, goedkoper, er zit een HomeBase bij voor de opslag van de beelden, dus geen duur abonnement bij Ring nodig. Ik kan zo nog wel even doorgaan. Als je het overweegt “bezint eer je begint met Ring” Ga voor de “EUFY Videodeurbel 2K met Homebase”

0 STARS!!! DO NOT BUY RING PRODUCTS!!! What a disappointment is putting it mildly. I bought 4 products (doorbell, 2-floodlight cameras, stick up cam) from Ring. Paid $265, to install, to find out that one of the none of the devices worked. Spent hours on the phone with Ring to absolutely no avail. Finally told them I want my money back including cost of installation. They refused to reimburse the installation but sent 5 different return labels with no explanation which label goes with which product. Had to call again to get that information.The stick-up cams came 2 in a box and they sent 2 return labels, they cannot wrap there head around it was one purchase and told me to attach 2 shipping labels to box. I am screaming in my head and don't know where else to turn. If I want an alarm system I will call an alarm company. Unfortunately, I also have to pay to remove the products so I will probably be out $365. Just going to cut my loses.

If your camera goes offline for any…
If your camera goes offline for any reason you have to be able to reach the camera to get it back online. The cameras frequently go offline, so have you ladder handy or mount them in reachable places. Wish I had known that before I had one mounted on the eave of my house, which requires a 20' ladder. Most annoying is Ring support is a nightmare. Be ready to spend the first 15-20 minutes on the phone pushing buttons while they hide the customer service reps. My installer tried to talk me out of Ring cams. Experience pays.

App takes to long to open ,and since…
App takes to long to open ,and since the update it has a delay w dashboard , and all videos ,goes offline way to much , and before ring make a comment back yes we have a strong signal w internet on mobile and home. Fix this app or I will cancel . I cant even open app to disarm etc... it keeps saying taking too long and error try again,If google had a photo upload i i have one to prove ring wrong

My complaint is with the ring app.. They allow people to show your face and make false accusations of committing a crime even when several people reported that it was not true . They will not allow the person being accused to defend themselves. Nor will they respond accordingly to address these false accusations. Ring app needs to be shut down . I am done with Ring

Protect Plus Plan is not honoured! Lies and excuses not help!
I have 3 Ring Spotlight Cameras, one of which is the 1st Gen camera, solar chargers and have kept the Ring Protect Plan in place for 4 years. It covers ANY defect in the devices as long as I have the plan. The LED light on the Gen 1 Spotlight cam died this Nov. On 11.17.22 I spent about 2 hours on the phone with a “tech” who BARELY spoke English and understood it even less. After rebooting and running a zillion totally useless tests they finally agreed to replace the unit. Tests???...SRSLY? The lights BURNED out, it’s not a tech glitch anymore than your light is when the bulb burns out. I was told it could take 2 or 3 weeks. I waited until DECEMBBER 23 and still no camera or shipping notice. I called and was told that was because they didn’t have any more of them due to the age. I wonder…WHEN were they planning on letting me know THIS? LOYAL CUSTOMER…remember? Then I get a “solution” that they will send a brand new, upgraded camera, which is what the Protect Plus Plan is SUPPOSED to do….and not wait 6 weeks to do it. They don’t wait 6 weeks after my renewal is due to get paid! So, I get a notice the replacement has shipped….and 2 days later I get…wait for it…. A REPLACEMENT BATTERY!!! Those imbeciles sent a CAMERA BATTERY instead of a BATTERY CAMERA!! TEXTBOOK reason a US company should NOT OFFSHORE its customer service! They may SPEAK English…but don’t COMPREHEND ENGLISH!! So today I made my SIXTH call to get this resolved. An hour and 45 minutes later, and a supervisor, I STILL don’t have a shipping date! NOW the “excuse” is it’s out of stock! On 12.23 I was told it was in stock and shipping that day! THAT left the supervisor (Aldiano) without a response. How many BS lies can they use? Now I’ve been told….once again…. NOT TO WORRY…it will ship within the next 2 weeks! Yet the Ring Store on Amazon has them IN STOCK and anything I have ordered from Ring’s website ended up coming from Amazon…yet he claimed they couldn’t do that! More BS. Bottton line? The camera is ok, not great. There are cheaper ones out there just as good. The Ring Protect Plus Plan is PURE BS! You could die of old age before they ship your replacement item! DO NOT BUY FROM!!

Two faulty cameras and ring.com support…
Two faulty cameras and ring.com support seems to not care or want to help. One camera makes a high pitch noise the second constantly switches a light on which upsets my neighbours. Reported the issues in May and yet here I am in December still trying to get help. They never respond to messages and the chat service is one of the worst I've ever seen. They tell me their complaint process is to raise a post in their community forum.

Ss a retired Senior Systems Engineer I am wualified to say that RING is the absolute worst Support that I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. Also, I don't expect that to ever change. They are OVERWHELMED WITH Profound incompetence.

Disposable and overpriced (expensive)…
Disposable and overpriced (expensive) doorbell monitors. First one lasted 2 years and failed. Bought a second one. Couldn’t get the accessory ringers to transfer to new Ring Doorbell. Called customer service. Idiot had no idea about his product, not trained. Obviously given written statement to read for issue. Couldn’t answer questions. Asked for supervisor and was first told that supervisor is out to lunch. Then told there was no supervisor, which I know was a lie. Was put on hold for a long time. Then came on and told me that he couldn’t find a supervisor. He said he would have a supervisor call me the next morning. (Had no idea of my phone contact). I’ve dealt with a lot of stupidity before but this was flagrant incompetence. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT It is a high priced disposable device. Customer service stinks. Amazon should be ashamed.

After 2 years I’m done with this piece of crap. Not only do you have to pay for the service the videos are black half the time and it looses connection weekly. The blink camera I had before didn’t have this problem should have stayed with that don’t waste your money.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Wow! Ring now tops the charts as having the WORST customer service ever!!! They forgot to include an item in my order which led to a 50 min phone conversation in which I had to order a new item, which led to me receiving the wrong item because the one I wanted was supposedly back ordered so they swapped it for an incorrect item (like I wouldn't care), which meant another day of various 30+ min conversations dealing with completely clueless customer service rep just to get return labels. When I tried to re-order the item I originally wanted ...first they told me they didn't sell such a thing. When I sent a them a link to it from their website, they told me it was back ordered for 6-7 weeks. I then checked Amazon and was able to order it for delivery the next day. Lesson Learned: Just order from Amazon & link your Ring Account to Amazon. Avoid ever dealing with Ring directly. OMG!!!!

Customer service is a complete joke
Customer service is a complete joke, and so is the company. I called about an item that was way overdue for delivery, only to find out that they didn't even have the product in stock. The item was supposed to be a gift to someone for Christmas, and if their website were transparent enough to show that the item was not in stock, I would've never placed the order in the first place. They told me that I will have to wait another two weeks for the item to arrive. I requested immediate cancelation and a refund. They refused to cancel and issue a refund, saying that I will have to wait for the order to arrive and only then return it, and only when they received it, they will issue a refund. After spending an hour with them and wasting my time, they agreed to cancel my order. I'm now canceling my account with them and getting rid of their products and will never be a customer.

I am so sorry I bought this when the flood light disconnects from wifi you need a ladder to press the reset button because it is on top. What bad design, its a floodlight high on the building !!! Button should be on side. The doorbell battery won’t charge.

I am very disappointed with ring due to…
I am very disappointed with ring due to the fact that I changed my Wi-Fi service and I have to uninstall my ring camera in order to place a code on the back of it and press a button in order to change my Wi-Fi provider and use my camera again this is a very big inconvenience and I'm very upset about it so I will be looking into buying a different camera for the doorbell.

OVERBILLING
RATING is actually 0 stars for Overbilling, terrible customer service! A SUPERVISOR (LUPE), on a call 12-15-2022 trying to resolve my issue LAUGHED at me for wanting RINGS overbilling refund after several calls and emails stating Ring supposedly refunded that overcharge, which is still no refunded. This is NOT the 1st time for overbilling by Ring. I would NOT recommend RING to ANYONE with a clear conscious. I have to live with my decision for using RING products, but would not put anyone through what might be isolated incident which I doubt is.

Horrible customer service on Ring CHIME
I have owned a Ring doorbell and Chime device for just about 2 years. Overall I have appreciated that in which they offer. The Chime stopped working 6 months ago. I tried through their very difficult Support to get it back and working again. I Finally got in touch with a human only to run me through the same "fixes" to no avail. Come to find out that in this short time, the Chime is dead in the water and can't be fixed. They want to charge me full price for another, even though this $2 piece of plastic failed in such short duration. They refused to replace so I refuse to pay for this service. They have gotten more than they deserve in producing and selling this fear based item.

I bought the spotlight cams from the ring. but because of the weather conditions, I couldn't able to charge the battery so, I asked them for exchange but customer service people are not knowledge enough, one agent said I am allowed to exchange but another one said I am not allowed to exchange. the worst customer service ever I saw. I think '0' rating would be right If the '0' rating is there.

Retourneren is onnodig complex en tijdrovend
Retourneren van bestellingen via ring.com is een nachtmerie. Je kan alleen bellen. Dan moet je accounts aanmaken, zelf nog je adres oplezen een mac adres van het product opzoeken. ben 45 minuten bezig geweest en weet nog niet waar ik aan toe ben. Krijg binnen 48uur een label opgestuurd.... Nog nooit zo'n ervaring gehad.

Ring cancelled my subscription without warning
They cancelled my subscription for no reason. When I reached out to customer service - clearly not living in the same country - he claimed he had no idea why it was cancelled. Said I could give you a free trial for 7 days. Free? How, when I paid for a year. Wouldn’t refund my money and wouldn’t reinstate our subscription. Needless to say we are moving to Google. Very disappointed seeing as though we’ve been with Ring for years. Please save yourself the additional headache and find another company!
