NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or WARRANTY
My ring spotlight camera stopped working a month ago, ( still under warranty) I called to get a replacement they said it will take another 30 days to send one out( (They’re out of stock) but they said I can buy a new one, im going on vacation in a week, work feel more secure with my camera working,I ask them since you don’t have my camera in stock, could i upgrade and pay the difference, they said no, i ask them what my options were, they said you can be Witwatersrand camera for 2 months or purchase another one, I have many ring camers, if I had a chance to do it all over again, i probably went another route, they have no customer’s warranty, would not recommend them

Überteuertes Angebot.
Leider ist die Glocke und die Kamera der schlechteste Kuf seit langem. Hinterher wird man mit einem teuren Abo abgezockt oder man kann nichts nachverfolgen.

Don’t buy the ring doorbell unless you live in the United States!
I purchased the Ring Doorbell Pro from an online company here in Turkey and it stopped working so I called the customer service and they told me I needed a replacement unit. Then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t send it to Turkey and did I have family in other countries that they could ship it to! So now I’m stuck with a broken unit that I paid for here in Turkey but they won’t support their defective product here!

Delivery mysteriously cancelled
I ordered a Ring Alarm Siren kit on a Black Friday deal on the Ring website. Order was made successfully, delivery in 3-5 days. A week later I tracked the parcel and discovered it had never even left the depot. After an hour with the support line, they claimed that the package was ‘lost by the courier’, but refused to send out a replacement. Instead I got a refund on my credit card but no option to buy the product at the discounted price. When I asked support, they said my only option was to rebuy on the website at the original price (a full 150 euro above the original deal). The whole experience was just a way to avoid honoring their advertised deals. There is no email address to complain, so all in all a lot of time and expectation wasted for nothing.

When they sell their products they never say there is an annual fee(which they call it protection plan or other names) then from first year they start charging ppl and they say it’s Optional! But the thing is that if you cancel their protection plan you can’t check the videos of who knocked your door or was in your house… so basically you’re Forced to buy this plan in order to see what were those notifications for and what happened infront of your door before. Not a nice way to sell a product nor charging people for annual fee. They just changed the name of annual fee to “protection plan” Im not happy with their service & fees and don’t recommend this device and this company.

Ring intentionally draw you in with 30 day trial then what they don't tell you the doorbell is totally useless after the 30day trial, then you have to pay for storage. Without storage it's useless. These guys are rip offs. Sorry

Waardeloze support, 2 producten aangeschaft, niet geleverd, zelf GLS moeten contacteren...want dat doet Ring niet voor je. GLS stuurt het retour...NAAR Amerika blijkbaar, producten zijn niet leverbaar, dus helaas, de aanbieding waarvoor je het hebt besteld is afgelopen, producten zijn niet meer te bestellen en de reactie van Ring Support, "Nee, wij kunnen u niet helpen, nee er is geen klachten service, nee geen compensatie en emailen kan niet met Ring... zoek het maar lekker uit, service is NUL.

I am so over my ring peephole camera
I am so over my ring peephole camera. It’s constantly disconnecting for days, or hours, randomly. It even misses us coming and going so I know it’s missing important things. When I had virus protection on my phone it wouldn’t work telling me if anyone was at the door. I would not recommend spending your money on this. Find a better security camera.

Ring doorbell ripoff
After 30 days you lose most functionality of the device. The sales rep and packaging failed to describe the scamy after-sale monthly mortgage payments required to fully utilize the products key features. This scamy trend is becoming so common that consumers are beginning to except it as business as usual. But then again.....isn't that, their deviant plan anyway. Returning product. Im sure thay won't make it easy ether.

STAY AWAY I had a Ring doorbell a few years…
I bhad a Ring doorbell a few years back,it went bad and i never replaced it,i cancelled my account,now about 4 years later i see i am still billed the yearly fee,i guess i missed it before,i try to log in and it doesnt allow me,so i call and talk to a person,gave him any email i had and they cant find me by email,so i say may name,they cant look me up by name only email or mac id of device which i threw out years ago,so i want to talk to accounting and they say i cant and they email them and they say they cant find me! but they can find me to bill me. cant talk to anyone that can help they say call your bank.its funny they cant type in my name and address and find me.I dont believe them and they are ripping me off and likely other. POOR SERVICE AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW.

Denying my post in the neighborhood…
Denying my post in the neighborhood column is some bullbowel movement. I didn't cuss or post anything offensive or make untrue allegations of someone. I posted the video asking if anyone who knew the pos thief to contact me that he stole off my front porch. Which all of those statements were true. It is my property it was my items on the porch and he didn't have permission to take them so by definition that is a thief. You all need to get your bowel movement straight. This pisses me off I've spent over 1000 on your products just for you to side with a criminal is messed up.

Don’t order Ring
I placed a large order on 11/15/22. I ordered the 10 pc kit received 8pc and 4 items in the order was missing. I have called 5 times trying to get the missing items. I have rescheduled installation twice because I don’t have the equipment. I called today again on 2 missing spotlight cams to find out the call made on 11/26/22 was for refurbished spotlight cams. Had to have that cancelled because I paid for new ones. I was told today that ALL spotlight cams are on back order because they are all out of stock. If I could cancel the whole transaction I would. Worst experience ever. Get a different security system.

Der Service ist Katastrophe
Der Service ist Katastrophe. Ich wollte meine Bestellung nur retournieren. Ich habe den Kundenservice insgesamt 5 mal kontaktiert. Keiner der 5 verschiedenen Mitarbeiter konnte vernünftig Deutsch sprechen und jeder hat die GLEICHEN Sätze immer wieder wiederholt. Also ob diese vom Bildschirm stumpf immer wieder abgelesen werden. Für die Retour sollte ich zwingend ein Konto bei ring erstellen, dabei wollte ich nur ein retourlabel bekommen. Das habe ich nicht verstanden. Beim 5 Telefonat habe ich nachgegeben... Katastrophe... niemals werde ich wieder ein Produkt von ring kaufen!

Instabile Internetverbindung. Muss alle3 Monate neu starten. Meine Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Alle anderen Geräte funktionieren bestens. Gemeinsamer Nutzer schwierig einzurichten. Nicht empfehlenswert. Suche und kaufe Alternativen

Ring is pathetic and has become even…
Ring is pathetic and has become even more useless over past year, if THAT is possible. "No Video"pops up in the history more often than actual videos. Live views and Previews don't work half the time. I can't wait for this lousy system to croak once and for all so I can spend my money elsewhere on a reliable system that actually DOES provide security. Trustpilot really needs a zero for rating. Giving Ring a 1 is a compliment any more.

Trying to get a technical issue…
Trying to get a technical issue resolved was a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I had to switch internet providers for the house. This, of course, affects my ability to use RING. Was unsuccessful in resetting up new internet with RING. I tried to go back to the old internet to use RING. Unsuccessful! Again! Tried to call the 1-800 number, they stated the email address was encrypted and I HAD to have used a business e mail. IMPOSSIBLE. I don’t have a business! The lady (from the Philippines, by the way) stated to me that I have reached the highest escalation and there’s something that is wrong on my end. I stated there is something wrong on your end and either send me out another ring or get my money back. She insisted that it was an issue on my end, and there was nothing I could do as she was the highest escalation. My issue is still on resolved, and they are taking money out of my account! This is the company from hell.!!! When you have a technical issue with your ring service, and sooner or later, you will, good luck, trying to get help! An absolute nightmare!

Unacceptable Customer Service
I ordered 2 outdoor security camera plus solar packages and I only received the solar panels. When I called they told me the cameras which were supposed to be part of a package with the solar panels were on back order for six weeks. They refused to give me a refund or take back the solar panels and said the only option was to wait for the cameras to be shipped. This is totally unacceptable to any consumer. They told me I would have to wait until I received the cameras and then I could return it all for a refund. The items were NOT marked as on back order on the website. I’m not even sure this is legal. My company needed the cameras immediately so now I’m just out 360.00 bucks. Totally unacceptable

Koop nooit geen Ring meer
Niet kopen! Ik heb de Ring pro 1 gehad en nu de 2. Binnen een jaar een zwarte vlek op het beeld door condensvorming. Na 2 jaar was de belknop ingedeukt, daardoor leek hij de helft van de tijd geen contact te maken. Omgeruild voor een Ring Pro 2 a €250,-. Nu gaat deze de helft van de tijd niet af. Compleet waardeloos. Ohja heb ook al een van de gongs moeten vervangen omdat deze onmogelijk te verbinden was met de wifi. Kortom je kunt je geld beter niet in een Ring steken.

Worst Company
Ring is just one of the Worst Companies, eva, Just horrible customer service and no knowledge of what they are installing. Ring contracts with OnTech for installations. Have a camera with solar installed and within 90 days not working, not charging. Call Ring and they say have to charge it every 6 weeks (then why is there a solar panel? because it only trickle charges 10% WHAT? not that doesn't make sense.) Well the camera is installed 17 feet up on roof - if knew would have to be charging every 6 weeks probably would not have gotten the solar panel and would have had it installed lower so could get to it - Ring says it is in the installation instructions - SO WHY doesn't OnTech know that, if they are a Ring representative? Call OnTech and only will come in 1st 60 days - EVEN IF THEY INSTALLED IT WRONG. How crazy is that? I asked Ring to intervene since it is their rep company if the battery dead and can't get to it they need to come and reinstall it lower - Ring said not intervening and of course OnTech says past the 60 days will not come, even if they installed it wrong. If you buy a Ring make sure you find some OTHER company to do an installation and don't think they know the installation instructions. Bait and switch company with Ring wholly responsible pushing it to OnTech who doesn't even care to offer assistance. And there are probably much better camera companies with better customer service. Will not be adding any Rings to my home will find other companies with better service
