Nee, geen Ring voor mij
Nee, gaat te laat over of helemaal niet, verschrikkelijk slecht beeld savonds. Slecht in te stellen als bewaking cam, eigenlijk volledig nutteloos.

Kundenservice Katastrophe - Niemals dort einkaufen!
Ich hatte eine Solarzelle und eine Dachrinnenhalterung bestellt und wollte dies zurück geben innerhalb der Rücksendefrist. Kontakt über Support kaum verständlich, sehr schlechtes Deutsch. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle nur die Solarzelle zurück senden, die Dachrinnenhalterung könne ich behalten. Ich würde dennoch beides erstattet bekommen. Natürlich wurde nur die Solarzelle erstattet entgegen der Zusicherung der Support Hotline. Überhaupt - 5 mal zu sagen ich rede mit der Fachabteilung und bin gleich bei Ihnen nervt kolossal. Statt dass die das abklären und nochmal anrufen. Die gesamte Abwicklung lässt mich sprachlos zurück, einen schlechteren Service habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Schlechter kann technischer Support nicht sein!!! Die Kamera zeigt nicht den vollen Bewegungsbereich und der Lösungsvorschlag ist die Kamera höher zu hängen oder umzudrehen.

Slechte service
Ik had een korte vraag daarvoor kreeg ik 5 verschillende mensen aan de telf. De vijfde gaf rechtstreeks antwoord. De rest doet zich af met een ogenblik geduld dat ogenblik duurde 20 min. Wat verdienenen zij aan de telf kosten.

Need to have ability to reconnect remotely!
I thought I was one of the rare, few frustrated battery-operated RING customers until I read these reviews. RING keeps disconnecting from my WIFI. None of the troubleshoot suggestions work. I travel frequently and cannot be home to reconnect, which is required several times each month. I also pay for the now-useless annual service. I am seriously considering parting ways - too time-consuming and unreliable.

Ring is THE PITS
I didn't think it possible, but Ring keeps getting worse and worse by the day. The Live View for the Stick Up cams rarely work and if they actually pick up motion, Ring now has its favorite new joke "NO VIDEO" so what use is that? There could be a herd of steer at my front door and NO VIDEO to show for it. Twice today alone, I had two people come to my door no alerts and NO VIDEO. The Live View being mostly useless, I can't even check on the status of who or what is at my door. Spent a fortune on Ring products the past years. Should have just burned a pile of money and used it for a marshmallow roast.

I bought my ring a year ago so I had no idea I have to pay for service. Come to find out I have to pay $60-$70 a month for recording on this device if I knew about this before hand I would never purchase this item We have the night owl before we never had to pay a fee for service and now we purchase a few cameras by the ring and now we have to pay every month or every year this is ridiculous I wish I knew this I would’ve returned it

Terrible customer service and policies...
bought the ring system with the Eero, as this is designed to replace the router (I did not realize this when I purchased it) i tried to replace it with a different system (mind you, i wanted to remain a customer and simply return the equipment that I had purchase and for equipment that would serve my purpose. All boxes remain sealed, ready to be returned, problem, return period has expired and now, I can't return nor exchange it (Brand new equipment unsealed - can't return or exchange). Reason for delay in using is that new house was being remodeled and was not able to move in. What company doesn't exchange a product under these conditions?!?!? their solution: sell my existing system and buy the one I need. SERIOUSLY?!!??! I want to remain a customer but need to replace the product. They would have gotten their unopened product back and and kept a customer. Terrible customer service!!! sad that these companies are treating their customers as individual transactions with little regard to the relationship. To top it off, no manager was available to speak to me. yeah, right they are going to call me back. Terrible customer service and terrible policies.

We lost our router and had to replace…
We lost our router and had to replace with a new one, new password. Nothing in Settings for our two cameras to change wifi password. Call Support and she says use a screwdriver to take front plates off so I can manually reset in 105 degree heat in the sun in FL.. It uses a teeny tiny Allen wrench, which I do not have. So she says you need to buy tools. In broken English. Why on earth can customers not change a wifi password and reset from the app?? What a joke. Ripping them out and going with another company. Go buy tools, my aching butt. Stopping payment on my monthly charge tonight.

This is a really poor product
This is a really poor product. It stops working on its own and the fixes don’t work. Amazon has a good name as far as it’s logistical service, customer response but never should have gotten involved with this. If it’s going to stay with it it should devote great, easy fixes, and great customer service. Using a customer’s already working internet connection instead of Ring’s, would probably solve the problem. I don’t understand why Amazon insists on using Rings. Save yourself a lot of frustration. Don’t buy it!!

This is by far the most INCOMPETENT company I had ever dealt with! I really should have bought it through amazon. Long story short, I ordered a ring pro and a 5 pc security system from ring.com, got an order confirmation on Aug 21st. On the confirmation email it clearly stated that all products will be shipped within 5 business day. It is now Aug 29th, nothing is happening. I called and was hold forever while the girl went back and forth with the warehouse trying to LOCATE my order. In the end nobody knew where my order was. I was told to wait for 48 hours for an email from the warehouse. Word to the wise, avoid ordering from this website at all cost!! Get them through Amazon. Also, I paid full price on the 21st and the same product went on labour day sale a few days later for 40 bucks cheaper. When asked if I could get a price adjustment since you clearly have not shipped my order out yet. They told me no.

I hope this was not the vision before Jamie Siminoff sold to Amazon and I hope he’s looking at the feedback as still being an active CEO Equipment falling apart and the bad customer service experience from this company I called about a ring flood light cam round plastic camera protective cover falling off I was asked for my email and then they sent an email to grant access. After they gained access and looked at the account I was then asked to send pictures to another email they sent me then after all that they said we need your wife to call it’s her account So they can send an email to me, they see me on the account, they till me things about the account, I can send them the pictures of the issue I can do all that but when it comes to the help my wife needs to call WOW Then the rudeness why have me do all that waste my time and energy to just be told we can not help you why not say it upfront The issue is an issue a lot of customers are having right after their warranty is up but the complaints keep coming in and Amazon the owner of Ring does not stand behind a defect wait they give you a discount on a new one since they do not have a fix but does not back up a manufactures defect 100% after your warranty expires Maybe Jamie Siminoff will get the hint that bad customer service and bad equipment can have an significant impact on a companies bottom line we will see Remember customers can make an impact if we join forces

Don't Invest In These Cameras!
I've had a ring doorbell for over 3 years now and then decided to buy the ring outdoor camera for my driveway. Needless to say these cameras suck, so much that if you attempt to zoom in and look at a suspect or vehicle or even a license plate good luck your out of luck! it's a 2 pixel worthless junk camera. On top of that, when you go to the neighborhood forums to post an alert, ring immediately will delete your post if you claim the suspect or suspects are Black, White, Brown, and etc, because they claim reporting a race is discrimination lol!. Funny the media / news will state a suspects racial identity and full blown description, but RING apparently claims this is racist! F ring! No lie to whoever is reading this, I found a local business that does LPR Cameras License Plate Readers and 110% better cameras like the Casinos use and local businesses to nab a perfect plate number, a persons full description on camera and for almost the same cost as ring! I just purchased an LPR reader, two high def cameras for legit under $900 with a hard drive and app and install! You can legit zoom in see the person and vehicle plate for Police! RING IS A JOKE!

Totally Useless if your on Vacation
Wow , the gentleman who left a review 3 hour's before this review just had the EXACT same experience I did but he was 1000 miles away from home and I'm 1500 miles away and I won't be home till the 6th of September to hit a button on the doorbell , Brand new Ring 2 doorbell and brand new Chime Pro but it went offline and nothing can be done about it but they will still get paid to monitor absolutely nothing . Totally amazed that Jeff Bezos would invest in a company that's this incompetent. Thank's Ring for helping me keep my house secure . Much Appreciated .....

Unfortunately there is no rating lower than 1. I have a Ring Doorbell Pro & a Chime Pro. I purchased it to watch my front door while away. For what ever reason it has gone offline. It can not be reconnected remotely . I have to physically be there to push the reset button. I'm 1000+ miles away. What good is this device ? Additionally I'm paying the monitoring fee while there is no video to monitor. Poorly designed junk. Customer service...pleasant but no help. Avoid at all costs , seek out any alternative.

Akku muss täglich ersetzt werden. Ist ständig leer trotz Solar-Panel. WLAN Verbindung angeblich schwach, obwohl wir extra einen Verstärker gekauft haben. Das taugt leider gar nix.
