Als je contact opneemt met de klantenservice, word je haast voor gek verklaard, en zeggen dat ze nogmaals de opdracht zullen geven aan de juiste afdeling, om het geld terug te storten. Snap niet waarom het allemaal zolang moet duren. Hoe bedoel je een ontmoedigingsbeleid??

i placed an order over 3 weeks ago for the flood light pro and it still hasn't shipped. all i keep getting is that i was just released and you should be getting a tracking number soon. they have been paid and nothing was mentioned on their website about this product not being released yet. then i got told it was on back order once again the website said nothing ready to just cancel order.

Ring Tür Klingel im November 2021 bestellt, leider war die Entfernung zu weit für das wlan. Somit schickte ich die klingel wieder zurück. Heute 21.01.2022 noch immer kein Geld erhalten. Ist doch eigentlich Betrug. Die Firma reagiert auch nicht auf einen Brief. Firma nicht zu empfehlen.
Terrible Follow-Up On Order, Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a RING doorbell and two lights for my son for Christmas. They shipped the lights and said the doorbell would be shipped in two weeks. A month later they have not communicated or delivered. My son called disappointed and I had no idea.
I called the customer service number and I spoke with a very nice Filipino lady in the Philippines. She did not have direct access to order information, and was unable to do much without communicating to another party, perhaps in the US.
It's been a month, I did not ever receive an email regarding the status. Then when I called they could tell me nothing more.
Since I ordered a package of lights with the doorbell, they gave me a refund of less than the amount it cost to buy the product. Again, shows this company does not understand customer service.
My 6 kids all have their doorbells and smoke alarms, and I am disappointed we did not go with another brand. This was once a good company. I'd say, buyer beware.

Kamera verbindet sich nicht mehr mit dem Router, wenn der Strom ausgefallen ist. System ist nichts empfehlenswert.
Dit toestel werkt niet !!
Ik heb dit toestel een jaar, en dit werkt NIET. Sinds een jaar heb ik nog nooit een gesprek kunnen openen via GSM. Tegen dat ik eindelijk kontakt had, was de aanbeller al lang verdwenen. Systeem is ook onstabiel. het werkt (onregelmatig) op een tablet. Regelmatig krijg je te lezen dat je wifi onstabiel is, terwijl de verbinding wel echt ok is. Als je dan naar de hulplijn belt, en je hebt een vraag, dan leest men enkel zijn tekst af. Al het dan nog niet gaat, krijg je als antwoord dat je wifi onstabiel moet zijn, en heb je een hoop dingen te doen, die "misschien" zouden kunnen werken. Als je niet doet wat ze voorstellen, haakt men af. Dit is rommel. Veel succes aan de mensen die dit willen kopen, maar bij mij gaat die naar het containerpark.

The worst customer service and order fulfilment I have ever experienced. Ordered my doorbell pro Sept. 14 2021. It is now Jan 16, 2022, still waiting for it to be delivered.
Have contacted them at least 6 times, the response is always the same. "We have expedited your order, you will receive confirmation email in 72 hours.",
The email does not come.
NEVER ORDER FROM RING. Extremely disappointing. WORST company EVER!!!!!!!

Belachelijk retourbeleid
Belachelijk retourbeleid. Ik had een ring aangeschaft, deze bleek helaas niet geschikt te zijn voor mijn deur. Daarop besloten deze terug te sturen en mijn geld terug te vragen. Na het wettelijk vastgestelde termijn van 14 dagen nog steeds geen geld teruggekregen. Vandaag contact gehad met de klantenservice en daar kreeg ik in eerste instantie het verwijt dat ik nooit iets heb teruggestuurd en dat de restitutie niet ingeregeld stond. Na extra informatie te verstrekken is er toch besloten het geld te restitueren. Dit neemt nog eens 10 extra werkdagen in beslag. Belachelijke gang van zaken, voor mij nooit meer zakendoen met dit bedrijf.

I don’t generally write reviews, but I am fed up and frustrated with this system. I’m not even going to spend any more of my energy explaining why!!! Just know that I’ll be throwing a Ring flood light/video (which I had no problem with yet) and my front door ring bell / video in the trash!!! There’s got to be a better way with better customer service!!! Don’t waste your hard earned money!!!
DO NOT GET A NEW IPHONE
If you change devices, such as an iphone, Ring doesn't recognize the new device and you have to call a phone number for service. Good luck with that. Not sure where they are located but finding someone what speaks understandable English is impossible. I called 5 times, and each time I could not fully understand what they were asking. Sooooo frustrating. So, I threw the Ring system away and went with Simplisafe.
Extremely Poor Customer Service
Contacted Ring regarding a fluctuating voltage issue with my new Pro 2 doorbell. The agent I spoke with had a heavy Filipino accent which made him difficult to understand. I explained my problem to him and all he kept telling me was to connect the doorbell to the transformer. Already done. Explained AGAIN and I got the same answers, he was obviously reading from a script and had no idea how to fix my issue as evidenced by his robotic responses and his lack of technical knowledge. It was apparent had no empathy or concern for my problem.
After 15 minutes of this nonsense, I ended the call. In the end, I figured out the solution myself.
Ring has great products, but their outsourced customer service is the worst in the industry.
WARNING- don´t use Ring products!
My Ring doorbell is out of order ca 2 months. I have sent four alerts to Ring to fix the problem. I have a Protective Plan and extended warranty. Someone (name Nat) in chat promised me that someone will contact me- it hasn't happened and I finished my Protective Plan and stopped cooperation woth Ring. WARNING- do not use ant Ring devices!

I ordered a ring doorbell, transformer and chime. The doorbell and transformer came but it is now six weeks and no chime. I get emails saying the chime has not shipped. I have called customer service but they say they cannot help without contacting another department. Three phone calls and a 30 minute wait on the phone with no response. I asked for a refund but no response.

Immer wieder Aussetzer. Selbst wenn man sie direkt vor den Router legt. Manchmal klappt alles, dann gar nichts. Definitiv Aussetzer der Kamera oder des Systems.

Got on ling to find out where the other part of my order is and got no where. I keep getting emails telling me they are working on it but will not give me a date when I will get it.
Poor customer service
I have been deployed over seas for a year and just realized when I moved out of my home last year my Ring subscription was still billing me all year, even though there was no device activity or device on my plan, ring still charged me. When I called to cancel I ask about getting the month I was just billed back or any of the previous year, the representative told me that it was my fault for not cancelling my account, poor customer service, I will never use another ring product!!
Doesn’t work in cold weather
I live in Northern New York. I have two ring cameras outside. They don’t work when it gets below 28 degrees so they are kind of useless most of the winter up here for around four months a year. They don’t tell you this in any of their ads or documentation when you buy these cameras.

Habe dann 2 mal mit dem Service telefoniert um ein Rücksendelabel zu bekommen. Der erste war eine komplette Null! Beim zweiten Mal hat es dann geklappt.
Am 14.12. Hab ich die Klingel zurück geschickt.
Nach mehreren E-Mails ohne Antwort von Ring hab ich am 01.01.22 den Paypal käuferschutz eingeschaltet.
Am gleichen Tag hatte ich das Geld wieder zurück.
Was versucht die Fa Ring da?
Wie ich lese ist das kein Einzelfall!
Diese Firma ist für mich gestorben und ich werde sie bestens weiterempfehlen!

Kligel bei Amazon im Paket mit Alexa gekauft, nach einigen Tagen soll ich für die Videoaufzeichnung bezahlen. Das gibt es bei anderen Anbietern kostenlos. Bin enttäuscht.
Terrible Customer Service
I've been a ring customer for a few years. I have been mostly satisfied with the product and service. This year I order for my family during the black Friday sale. As of 12/29/21 part of my order had been shipped & Ring states that they are still working on the other part of my order. The USPS stated today that my order was lost. I contacted Ring to get a refund and was told that they can't do that as my order is being processed. Never once did Ring state that the cameras were on back order (and still are as of today). I purchased the cameras at a local hardware store. I will never purchase through Ring again absolutely terrible customer service!
