Ring completely sucks a Amazon hit my mailbox ring didn't catch it I just got a delivery in ring didn't catch it it's weird how I could view my ring before my delivery but when they came I couldn't review it ya ring completely sucks why am I paying for this crap t!!!

Kundenservice und Funktion der Ring Kamera
Kundenservice versteht kein DEUTSCH.man muss tausend Mal das Problem wiederholen .dann wird es vom Ringmitarbeiter wiedergegeben..ohne Antwort auf mein Problem Das kann ich auch mit einem Papagei kommunizieren. Ring verspricht viel und hält nichts! Sehr sehr schlechter Service ! Nicht zu empfehlen

Customer Service Sucks
I knew my Ring chime was broken and probably needed a new one. Having already done all the checking I called Ring to find out what to do next and had to go through the same procedure twice with a customer service rep and again twice with a supervisor who concluded, as I already had, that I needed a new Chime. I ordered a new Chime but the next day I found the Chime Pro at another location in the house. I tried to cancel my order but they will only cancel within 45 minutes of the order. Because this item was backlisted and wouldn't arrive for 5 weeks, I called to try to cancel. I was on the phone for 25 minutes with a customer service rep who couldn't get to the right department to get it canceled. Her first recommendation was to just accept the order and then send it back for a refund. Finally after 25 minutes she was told that the order would be canceled and I would receive confirmation in 48 hours. The customer service is outsourced to the Philippines and they are actually powerless to do anything but read a script. This is horrible customer service. At the end, my representative who could only say that the Chat Team wasn't responding and that a supervisor would be unable to help started talking over my complaints about the process.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, tech on line accused me of not following instructions on his so called trouble shooting because he couldn't get the ring to work after 4 trys. System off line for two months and no one can solve, chime randomly goes off as if doors are being open when they're not. when we open doors nothing happens. Juan 3846978 refuses to accept and or admit the hardware is broken. This set up had issues from the beginning, should have complained then. All of a sudden I can't self monitor either I have to get service. Called back after 40 min wait then they put me back on hold. Now I'm being told I need a call back. Worse customer service

This is the worst company you can deal with customer representatives are like the worst ever, half of them dont even speak English, even though you pay yearly or monthly for extended warranty and when cameras break they just don't givea damn they try to make you buy a new one, because your a paying fkr recordings not the warranty LOL so what is the point of paying for extended warranty if warranty doesn't cover when it breaks, Ring is a joke, i just canceled everything with them, im so done with Ring, many other conpanies out there cheaper and better Dont get Ring Cameras people

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The camera does not work properly and when you ask to replace it, although they promise they would send a brand new one, they always send a refurbished one which is not working. I have spent many many hours on phone to fix it with no luck. When their device was not Woking and I asked to send a technician to fix it, they say that I have to pay $99 for service fee for something that is not customer fault. It is not even worthed to get it for free.

Ring customer service is TERRIBLE
Ring customer service is incredibly frustrating. First, I called and no one could tell me where parts of my order were or when they were going to be shipped. I was given a tracking number for Amazon but I clearly stated I ordered the devices on ring.com. I asked for a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. Not holding my breath. Then I had to call back to return 5 devices and that call took almost 40 minutes as the person wanted each MAC # from each of the 5 the boxes. Then she wanted me to set up each device so she could confirm the device to be returned???!!!! Completely ridiculous. Then I was told I had to wait ANOTHER 24 hours for the shipping label. Still waiting.

The newer ring systems require more…
The newer ring systems require more WiFi strength and work poorly compared to the original ring system. Their customer service is terrible. Expect long delays and resistance to refunds.

I wouldn't order anything from them again!!!
I ordered an extra alarm for my Ring system online from Ring (9/6/21). The tracking number they gave me (went to UPS site), was NOT a UPS tracking number. I called customer service, they gave me another number, which was for Amazon tracking. Amazon tracking showed that it was delivered two days later -- I did not receive it. I called customer service, who said they would send out another on 9/27/21, since the item had "limited availability". I waited until 10/7/21, to give some extra time to show up - it never arrived, so I called customer service again and talked to Jun, who told me that I would receive an email within 72 hours. I never received an email. I called my credit card issuer, who is now handling it and I got my money back.

I have had ring products for about 7…
I have had ring products for about 7 years and my flood camera started working very slow and I called the company and they are very useless , one person told me they was having problem with live view and a supposedly supervisor said that it wasn’t the one I have they disconnected it from my WiFi and now it don’t work at all so they are wanting me to pay someone to come out and reconnect it because it is over my garage this is a company that has really gone down they need to train there employees or close there doors I will never recommend this company to anyone

I would give zero star if I could. I bought my Ring doorbell pro not even a year and it suddenly stopped working. Firstly, I called technical support they guided me through the whole long process and took pictures and sent them, and they told me the would sent me a replacement one. I asked the tech support guy if they would send me a new one and not refurbished one, and he told me they would send me a “brand new” one, and which they lie. I received a REFURBISHED one. I thought ok then it took too much trouble and hours to ask their help so I didn’t want to bother and replaced the refurbished one they sent me. After replaced the one they sent me, and guess what. It didn’t work probably and it kept saying it couldn’t connect to ring or Wi-Fi. I called AGAIN to tech support and tell them the whole situation and he was VETY RUDE and of course he guided me through the whole process to reset this and that again, and he transferred me to another support guy, and this guy was worse than the other previous one. They questioned me and said my transformer was probably not good and which I had no problem with the previous one because my previous one said connection and power was healthy, and it was setup as requirements. The tech support told me they would send me plug in part to see if it would help. TWO WEEKS later, I haven’t received nothing. I am EXTREMELY UPSET and I felt it was hopeless after another one. I spent much money on Ring Doorbell Pro and trusted in it, and this was what I got and no a good warranty or good customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Ring or buy it again. They need to seriously working on their customers service skills and improving the products.

Seniors Ripped Off
Purchased 3 motion ring systems for my home. 1 st camera went out was defective and they were supposed to replace it with a new camera but sent us a refurbished, but didn’t know until it was installed after paying an electrician 154 to install it. We are seniors so we couldn’t install it ourself. This camera within in days decided to be distorted with bright pink hue on the recording, barely being able to see it. My husband is completely disabled and has bad nights when he does he will go for a little walk outside and this camera light is mounted right by his ramp. I can normally watch him but with it being distorted it was hard to see him so I would have to get up every time to watch him. I called and they gave me 90 dollars credit to be put back on my credit card and sent a new one out. I have received it but can’t get in reinstalled as the credit has yet to be put back on my cc. I need to pay the electrician another 154 to get it installed, it’s been over 2/3 weeks and they have still not release the 90 dollars back to the cc,I have spent 8 calls, 4 chats and still no refund.BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE Philippines and not following through with their promises. Had I known this was going to cost us 154 x 2 to get a good camera motion I would have bought something else. Seniors live on fixed income, so without them returning partial money we won’t be able to get it installed. Customer service is terrible and billing is worse. Save your money, get a system that is covered for defects. The labor cost more than the system. I have all the chats and receipts and have sent them everything I have. It still has not been refunded. They lie and say 3/5 day and it’s been over 2 weeks.

Ring is GARBAGE
Ring is GARBAGE! I have the doorbell and 3 cameras. The cameras are terrible and customer service is terrible. They barely speak English and will not transfer you to a supervisor if they are not helpful. They hold you up for a monthly fee to view videos. My original understanding was a could view videos for a few days, but needed to purchase a plan to keep videos for any length of time. After 2 years, I decided not to renew and was informed The video is NOT EVER available---only live view which is terrible!. Bottom line. I was about to put Ring on our 7 rental houses---not now---we are going with Eufy! Wish I had never purchased all the RING devices.

WAARDELOOS EN DUUR PRODUCT.
Ik woon in een flatgebouw, velen hebben een Ring deurbel, 2e generation. Alleen ik kan keer op keer de deurbel afschroeven en aan het stroom hangen. Slechts 3 weken doet hij het en dan gaan weer ! Ons smartphone's hebben vergeleken en allen zijn hetzelfde ingesteld en aangesloten. Voor mij is het een WAARDELOOS product en ik denk dat ik mijn klassieke bel maar weer monteer.

Waardeloos !
Schreef ik al eens eerder hier een niet zo denderende ervaring met de ring 3 die om de zoveel tijd het contact met internet verloor ondanks nog geen meter van de router, intussen helemaal geen contact meer ondanks resetten door oranje knopje indrukken en compleet opnieuw installeren. Stuk binnen een jaar, wat een vreselijk waardeloos produkt ! Duur in aanschaf, is weggegooid geld, niet kopen !

Unzuverlässig, enttäuschend
Die Klingel funktioniert nicht so, wie versprochen. Uns ist wichtig, dass sie uns per Handy benachrichtigt, wenn jemand klingelt und wir dann per Gegensprechanlage antworten, falls wir nicht da sind. Stattdessen sagt sie uns nur - wenn es gut läuft - Bescheid, wenn es schon lang passiert ist. Teilweile Stunden später, teilweise gar nicht! Der Bewegungsalarm funktioniert zwar besser, aber auch nicht zuverlässig. Wenn wir außer Haus sind, dann funktionieren beide Funktionen gar nicht. Dabei haben wir sie uns angeschafft, weil wir Paketboten erreichen wollten,wenn wir nicht da sind..!

A joke.
Paid $500 for cameras that never arrived. Called customer service and they told me the cameras got lost...what the hell. Told me they had to reach out to logistics and havent heard anything after that. Absolutely ridiculous. Send me my damn cameras.

the very worst! This is a piece of crap. The technician took me thru the same setup about 15 times. You have to answer stupid questions about screws in the box every time and key your password. At the end, it cannot connect to TMobile. Customer service shrugged it off. TMobile helped me change port but still no function. No error code, but patterns of lights to indicate an error. Substandard technology and the worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY! I have wasted over a thousand dollars in products and an electrician. Now I have to pay to get the non-working item removed.

Do not buy a Ring product when you can buy Eufy. Ring uses your purchase to market additional products. Eufy offers service, humans answering phones even on Saturday and Sunday, and FREE video storage with NO MONTHLY FEE! Shame on Ring for pushing their marketing in your face as you try to troubleshoot the installation of your new product! BUY EUFY!!!!

Ring engineering gave up on my issue…
Ring engineering gave up on my issue not being able to receive audio alerts on my iPhone. They referred me to Apple. It's not Apple's problem but they tried. So, I'm left with a Ring device that cannot connect properly with my iPhone. Horrible. I will never buy another Ring product and will look around for alternatives.

Ring zijn een stel oplichters
Ring zijn een stel oplichters, 1.5maand geleden wat besteld. Is nooit aangekomen. Nu al 10tallen keren zitten bellen/emailen/chatten. Om 59€ terug te krijgen, Ring stuurt je van het kastje naar de muur. Maar komen niet met een oplossing. Is gewoon pure oplichting. NOOIT meer neem ik iets van ring en ga iedereen het afraden. Belachelijke helpdesk, met mensen wie niks voor je kunnen doen & de taal niet machtig zijn.

Horrible !
Horrible !! Ring tech support are all in the Philippines and they are horrible and this Ring is the worst - They waste time transferring and know absolutely nothing and I am left to trouble shoot on my own. Bought 6 camera & doorbell - well If Amazon and that scamming idiot Bazzo the Bozo is involved everything is about cheap labor. Go figure
