Rude customer survive. Wrong address

Had to call 4 times in a week span for them to fix my address. The guys are rude as anything(girls seam nice) and do not care about the company. Its coming to the point where i am just selling off my camera and moving to a different company. Where i can get my product sent to the right address and not have rude customer service!!! Been with out security for about a week now thanks to the unprofessional of this company...

Ring deurbel deed het ruim 1 jaar. Maar in de 13 e maand doet hij het op eens niet meer . Helaas garantie verlopen. Waardeloos product!

Jeff Bezos needs to clean his filthy house

I love the product and there's somewhat fairly decent customer service for tech support. But do not I repeat do not use Amazon pay to purchase ring products. Go to Amazon Lowe's Home Depot or maybe fish one out of a dumpster but don't under any circumstance buy a ring.com product through Amazon pay. The customer service is miserable and I've spent about 4 hours trying to straighten things out with them and they're still not straightened out. Update 2/24.. everything stinks about ring.com from the product, the software, the technical support, the non- technical customer service. Buying the ring system is the biggest mistake I've made in a year. Now I'm stuck with it. Almost laughable to think what the result will be if someone breaks into my house. Should have bought a guard dog.

I bought a Wired Up Cam and it didn't even turned on. I asked for support and they are supposed to send a new device but I needed it for my home while I am away and the product will arrive after my trip... so useless

Worst Product I've Ever Purchased

I agree with so many people on this page. DO NOT buy this product. The amount of issues is insurmountable and the lack of technical support is embarrassing. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute incompetence.

I just spent 22 minutes on the phone with a Ring Doorbell customer service rep. It took two confirmation codes, repeating my email three times and being on hold five times to get a replacement part. That replacement part? A screw. One single screw. And then it took another ten minutes to correct the address they had completely wrong because I had to go through the whole security check again. Thirty minutes for a screw. Ring is ridiculous.

Unsafe scam

This is a serious sad scam ring is not safe at all does not record when triggered very dangerous product to count on to protect your family records everything that’s not irrelevant. Example : records me getting in my car every morning does not record my kids leaving for school or coming home does not record anyone walking up to my door taken my wife packages. It shows the mailman truck pulling up then it disappears and skips video. Do Not Depend On This Product Not Worth The Money 👎🏽

started out good but now the live video doesn't work at all. Absolutely pointless to have without live video. Ive tried connecting to different networks, moving the router closer etc. Still nothing...it's frustrating getting motion alerts and not being able to see what's triggering it. At this point I am going to remove the ring for a standard doorbell.

Ring is vaak waardeloos

Ring is vaak waardeloos, verbinding is slecht al staat de router op 6 meter afstand, camera beeld is slecht, belsignaal komt vaak niet aan op de laptop, signaal komt vaak na 20 minuten binnen binnen als degene die voor je voordeur staat allang weg is. je moet een abonnement nemen om je beelden terug te zien, dat maakt de ring extra duur.

Have had ring for a while now

Have had ring for a while now. Had trouble getting my flood cam to work. Working now. Not any trouble with door bell. Both are a little slow on responding. The problem now is after their update my wife is no longer able to arm and disarm the system. Only the primary can arm and disarm the system. I also have blink at this house for back up with virtually no problems. I live on acreage. I have Arlo at a vacation house and it works great. If the ring arming problems continue I'll probably be changing from ring to Arlo. Arlo has a quicker response time and is recommended by my local police.

We live close to the ocean and installed a Ring camera in our driveway. After about a month, it started to not work properly and I immediately called customer support. I have had to call consistently every few months and have asked to have the device replaced and they do not honor their warranty. AVOID THIS PRODUCT if you live near salt air. Terrible product, terrible customer service.

Ring is getting worse and worse

Ring: Worst ever customer service ! You don’t care about safety of your customer ! Where are my CO2 listeners and fire detectors. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered. You get paid and you don’t deliver ? Your customer service could not even help me to relocate my orders ! Call back promises never happened....shame on you. Just give me my money back

Worste camera ever, garbage

Worste camera ever. I have a 8 year old camera on wifi that works every time. These piece of crap cameras won't load for minutes if ever. Although interestingly they somewhat worked during trial period. But if you don't subscribe to the monthly fees...they are useless from any point of view. Yes I reloaded app, wifi strength good, no obstructions...optimized every setting...garbage.

Horrible customer service

My mother had a relative purchase and install 3 cameras for her house that relative put those cameras under her email on an account she set up and put my mother as a shared user. After we found out she was stealing we removed her from the house the cameras were still locked to her email it has taken 6 months and 8 customer service calls (out of the country customer service) to finally get an agent in the USA to replace the cameras that are useless I would never recommend Ring to anyone.

Worst customer service ever!!!!

I am giving one star because of the customer service. I ordered a 10-piece alarm kit a doorbell and a camera. They broke my shipment up. I received the first shipment and the second shipment I did not receive because the carrier could not find my house. I called and they were going to expedite ship it. Two weeks later I still did not have a product I had to call three more times to get a refund for the alarm kit only after 2 months. I am still trying to get a refund for the extra products I bought. It's really sad because the doorbell that I've had works perfectly but I don't want to use them because of their customer service. When they received my second shipment back, they should have been looking into why but their shipping/return Department failed to look into it. They were just going to take my product and leave it at that.

Don't waste your time or money.

it records random crap you don't care about but when you want to go live to see something YOU ARE SCREWED. Only works when it wants not when you want it to.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. App was not working. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. When I tried to sign in, even though I think my pw was right, it kicked me off, locked access to my acct for 24-48 hrs. I am for storage for 2 residences, have many cameras, doorbells, spotlight cameras. No help whatsoever from cust service saying they have to verify my acct after giving them all my info, verification code from phone, etc. Adt does not even put you through this. Horrible company. Too bad. Like the actual product but without cust service, needs to go under

Teures Geld für ein Produkt das nur manchmal funktioniert . Wir haben die Ring jetzt seit 4 Monaten, Fazit: man bekommt nur selten eine Info auf das Handy das es klingelt oder das jemand vor dem Tor steht. Die Live Videos funktionieren auch nur zeitweise, hauptsächlich kann keine Verbindung hergestellt werden. Alles in allem kann ich sagen das das Gerät noch lange nicht ausgereift und dann nich Kohle für Zusatzleistungen verlangen ist schon dreist.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. I called with one question. They had me uninstall the app. After doing that, Ring had a widespread outage. I tried to login to see when service would come back up. When the outage was fixed, I was then locked out for 24 hrs for too many attempts to login that I was only doing because of the outage. So now 2 days withput a camera because of Ring.

Absolut mies. Nur Livevideos, wenn es mal funktioniert. Ohne Zwangsregistrierung funktioniert gar nix. Abo 120€ Folgekosten im Jahr, wenn man ausser der Livebild mal 2 Min zurückscrollen möchte. KEINE Möglichkeit, die Dinger einfach anzuschliessen und zu Nutzen. Voraussetzung allein für die App ist eine Anmeldung. Nicht mal Testen kann man ohne. Und wenn man es nicht schafft, innerhalb von 60 Sekunden eine mail anzufordern, eine Antwort mit Passwort zu erhalten aus Amerika und diesen Passwort in dieser Zeit einzugeben und abzusenden, kann man sich nicht anmelden. Nach 60s ist die mehrstufige Anmelsung ungültig. Jede Verbindungsaufnahme mit einer Kamera folgt eine Onlinefreigabe, daher oft“Serverwartung“ „Streamingprobleme“ selbst bei 2m Entfernung. Nicht kaufen!

It worked fine for maybe three months

It worked fine for maybe three months. Now we have three bad sensors, one security camera out, and the ring app does not allow me to log in. Neither the Android app (just uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure I'm on latest rev.) nor the web browser based site allow me to log in. Sometimes it sends me the txt verification code, and after entering it, the log in fails. Other times, it just gives me a username or password error. The username and password are remembered are entered CORRECTLY every time. Chat sessions end with a cryptic message about fist time installation support not being available, nor is there a customer help line. They simply refer you to their user forum, where searches do not find what I'm after. I also notice in the forum when somebody lists an issue, a Ring rep responds saying the "problem is solved" WITHOUT listing in the response what the solution was. Perhaps the Ring doorbell works ok, but I have a full security system with multiple cameras and sensors and around 80% of the system is now non-functional and I am unable to even log in to their website!

Zeer slecht

Een ster omdat het systeem niet toestaat nul te geven. Constant WiFi problemen (terwijl andere apparaten het prima doen), meestal te laat signaal via Iphone en om de haverklap opladen. Waardeloos apparaat !
