Dramatische service en klantenservice
Dramatische service en klantenservice. Nog nooit een dergelijke rommelige en slecht functionerende klantenservice meegemaakt. Maken fouten, communiceren niet intern en laten klanten met de problemen zitten.

Don't buy the Ring Doorbell
I have had the first generation Ring doorbell for about a year or so, and have had problems with it capturing people at my front door the entire time. I also have the solar charger, which does not work at all. I still have to take down the doorbell to charge it by the cord at least once a week. My parents have the newest versions of the Ring doorbell and have the same problems despite it being brand new and the newest version. I literally walked into my house with 2 intruders inside because I did not know and my Ring doorbell did not catch them on the camera whatsoever. I recommend looking into the Ring cameras instead.

LIVECAM DOESNT WORK
We ordered a security camera due to issues we were having with property damage in our driveway and yard. The live cam wouldn’t work, representatives were not knowledgeable. Told us we had to wait 24 hours for a download then said it was unusual to wait that long. They had to send us a new one...waiting on if that will work.

DO NOT waste you hard earned money. The look shinny and fancy up front but fall well short of the manufactures claims. I have never seen anyone at the door as it is always 5 min behind, and they are gone by then. They never work and if you do want to set up cloud, it is impossible to get any support. They claim they use community support but there is a two day waiting list. The company is quick to take you $250.00 and monthly fee, and then forget you quick. This is just another RIP OFF company screwing people out of their $$$. Taking it back and trying another make.

I’ve had two ring video doorbells
I’ve had two ring video doorbells. First one, the connectors just fell out 2 weeks after having it installed. Second one, you could be in my porch, your dog could be on my porch, Big Foot could be.... awful video quality. Awful Can I post the horrible quality video??

I don't recommend ring doorbell it only lasted for 2 years and i call the customer service of ring if they can fix and she said buy a new one. So i don't recommend ring doorbell its piece of craft not worth the price.

I bought 1 pro doorbell cam and 3…
I bought 1 pro doorbell cam and 3 floodlight cams online and had them professionally installed by a security company. For the most part in the day they operate the way they are supposed to but at night it’s a totally different scenario. I have constant problems with the motion sensor picking up the things that are not there and alerting me which wakes me up in the middle of the night. This has happened with my sprinklers turning on and I believe from bugs flying around the infrared light on the base of the unit. This all happens when set to the people mode where as it should not be doing this. Last night I had to turn my phone to silent and in the morning there was 27 motion notifications. I have discussed this with technicians and supervisors with Ring with no success resolving the issues, quite frankly I think they know they have a serious problem but have zero idea how to fix it. If you are looking into buying these I would not recommend it if you want to sleep at night. I was responded to by ring on this forum and they obviously did not understand that the floodlight cams are the issue Not the door bell cam so there response is pretty useless and they have not gotten in touch with me since are last phone call which they were supposed to. They mentioned about the apps on my phone which I know how to use them all perfectly trying to resolve issues. I believe their is software issues with these floodlight cams at night so buyer beware.

Don't do RING.COM
I rarely give my opinion for services, restaurants, hotels, destinations, and other subjects that have provided a negative experience. But I think that my Ring.com life will soon come to an end and I have to warn others. For me, the Ring.com doorbell is a overpriced doorbell. Where would you buy a device that other than providing a alert when someone is at your door, you need to pay $30+ dollars to figure out who was there. By the way, by the time the video connects to Alexa or my phone, I've opened the door. WOW, Security! Anyway the new $3/month video storage charge is better, but of no real use. For the past 2 weeks, the Ring device has either not connected or refused to show the activity. WOW WOW WOW. I have decided that this is the worst technology device I have purchased and will move on. Do NOT buy the RING.COM doorbell. Useless!

Cant reach anyone to talk to from Ring about an issue. All they do is direct you to a article to read and there's no article for my problem. I'm having trouble seeing videos from my area my neighbors posted and want someone to explain it to me!

Do not buy this
Do not buy this. If you don't pay a yearly service you cannot even see who is at your door. When someone rings the doorbell there is also a delay on the video. I would never buy this again.

299,00€ pour çà !!!! Quand quelqu'un sonne , il faut 1min pour voir qui est au portail , et encore , quand ça marche !! J'ai une bonne connexion wifi au portail , mais pas pour cette sonnette de me.de!! On l'installe , elle va 1 journée et puis elle ne capte plus . Tout est en Anglais , pas de français . Le carillon livré avec le système , faut pas que la tv fonctionne , si non on l'entend pas ! J'ai racheté 1 carillon pour mettre à l'étage , 65 € , on dirait 1 chat qui miaule . C'est une sonnette juste bonne pour mettre sur la porte de votre maison à côté du routeur , donc elle sert a rien ! Très très très mauvais produit !!!A FUIR si vous ne voulez pas perdre 300 €

I hate this thing
I hate this thing! We got the one that is wired to everything because we didn’t want it dying in the middle of the night. If e we had known that was bound to happen regardless we wouldn’t have gotten it. It’s goes “offline” every single night and apparently it’s because the internet isn’t strong enough. Makes no sense. It just happens to have a weak signal during the hours that it needs to be censoring? Why isn’t the signal weak in the middle of the day on the weekend when everyone is using up the WiFi??? Nope. Ring just sucks. Save yourself and get a nest

total waste of 200 bucks. it will let me know if the ring button is hit but go up and kiss it, jump up and down in front of it nothing happens. emailed and did their chat thing for help and after a couple minutes they say is there anything else I can help with then close the chat. my zmodo 40 ft away never misses anything. oooh and they con you into a monthly thing for more money and for what? get a zmodo and a dog its 1000 times better

NEVER AGAIN
Never again! Long story short I called Ring Support because I needed to have a change of ownership process for my doorbell. My boyfriend moved out on terrible terms and he was the primary on the account. I called Ring Support and they told me I could have this changed. I just needed proof of purchase and the Mac ID. I emailed this information to the rep while we were on the phone. He says no problem this will take up to 72 hrs. Here it is 7/20 my 3rd call and people keep asking me for the same information like my initial request dosent exist. After being on the phone for an hour today I was told they are having technical difficulties and they cant update my doorbell. Therefore they are going to send me a different doorbell. While that's helpful now I'm wondering why no one responding to my emails when i was inquiring about the change of ownership. When I called last week to check it I was told they were stil l processing the request even though 72 hours had passed. I would NEVER purchase anything else from thing because customer service is TERRIBLE.

Returns and Customer Service are Beyond Repair!!
Ordered 2 Cams 2 days apart. Called to cancel first that wasn't scheduled to ship for a week. (2 Day shipping When they decide to mail it!) CS Rep told me I needed a shipping number to cancel. So I waited, got that and called and was told it would be returned by the carrier to the warehouse. NOPE! Showed up at my house anyway. Could have CANCELLED THE ORDER LONG BEFORE IT SHIPPED. Totally Inept or underhanded business practice. Did they think I was going to keep it once it showed up at my door. Never AGAIN..5 dollars to me to ship it back. Never again.

Today 1 picture out of 60 showed up on the screen.Everything else was recorded but blank. Great security camera! To say is totally useless and worthless is a compliment! I am finally throwing it in the trash and buying an Arlo camera.

Ring sucks. They’re overpriced for the service they provide. The cameras and doorbells are hundreds of dollars and then they make you pay an additional fee of $100 a year to record. That’s the whole point of the camera. If you don’t pay, you can only view it live. So if you’re away from your phone and you get an alert that someone is at your house, sorry. You won’t be able to see who it was or have any footage to show police if you’re home was broken into. And on top of that when you do get an alert, it takes FOREVER and sometimes doesn’t even come up at all so it completely defeats the purpose of these. There were so many times, if not every time, my camera went off, the app and camera would take so long to load and show me what was going on that if I was home, I just got up and looked out my window to see what was going on. That was faster than this service. Which defeats the purpose of me spending my money on these cameras. If I hadn’t already spent hundreds of dollars on these cameras, I would throw them away. They’re useless really. It literally just happened to me 5 minutes ago where my camera went off and it just kept loading and loading and never opened. Doesn’t really give me the peace of mind I was looking for when purchasing from a security camera company. A complete scam.

My camera stopped working
My camera stopped working. Contacted Ring and was told i would be sent a replacement camera. 10 days later....no camera. Contacted Ring and they acted like they never processed it. Had to start from square one. No explanation or apology given. They completely ignored my frustrations. Will not order a Ring product again. Many other alternatives to choose from

A great idea in theory
A great idea in theory, but this equipment is high maintenance and poorly designed. If you live in a moderately sized house, prepare to buy extra stuff as the wifi ability is equal to a potato. Rep told me 35 feet was too great a distance from my garage entry door and to move the router closer. Convenient huh? But then it's too far away from my front door. Rings solution is "buy a chime pro to boost the signal". But if you connect more than one device to the chime, it splits the strength so you need ANOTHER chime pro. So plan on these purchases unless you live in a 2 room hut. Also, be sure and purchase the solar backup options as well, unless you live on a deserted island with no activity. Otherwise, add charging batteries to your "to do" list weekly. It's a simple process of finding the little screwdriver, removing the front plate, and then plugging it in. It seems to take around 8 hours to charge, then repeat the process in reverse.
