Binnen 3 maanden werkte de deurbel niet…
Binnen 3 maanden werkte de deurbel niet meer. Ik kreeg geen connectie meer, ook wou het apparaat niet meer in Service mode. 30x gereset etc helemaal niks. Na 4x bellen!!! met een NIET NEDERLANDSE lijn het voor elkaar gekregen om een vervanger te krijgen. Eerste 2 telefoontjes zouden de medewerkers een e-mail sturen of mij na een uur terug bellen. Dat is nooit gebeurd. Het is ook bizar dat men niet de historie bekijkt wat er vooraf is gebeurd. Elke keer als je bel moet je weer van voor af aan beginnen! Advies, maak overal foto's van (bedrading, transformator, hoe deurbel aangesloten is etc). Deze kun je dan TIJDENS het gesprek mailen. HANG NIET OP! Bij de aanschaf had ik al enorme moeite om de deurbel/gong te connecten met mijn eigen Wifi netwerk. Ik heb toen met een 2e telefoon een Wifi hotspot gecreerd en het is toen wel gelukt. Later kan je de Wifi instellingen weer op je eigen netwerk zetten, maar je moet er wel op komen... Mijn nieuwe deurbel moet binnen 7-10 dagen komen. Ik wacht af. Ik stond bijna op het moment om alles in te pakken en terug te gaan naar de winkel van aankoop. Ik beveel het apparaat niet aan. Mede door de korte levensduur (<3 maanden), niet/slecht werkende bel/gong installatie en laten we maar ophouden over de service desk. Volgende wordt een deurbel die videobeelden op een NAS opslaat. Heeft me momenteel meer ergenis dan plezier opgeleverd.

DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE WASTED 2500$ TO EQUIP MY WHOLE OUTSIDE...PURE CRAP WASTED MONEY. - SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LEAVE AN ADDRESS CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ENTER ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN THIS WORKS WITH WIFI!! VERY SHADY -QUALITY SUCKS sometimes doesnt even load feed -SOFTWARE KEEPS CHANGING BECAUSE RING DOESNT LIKE IT WHEN THEIR CRAP ACTUALLY WORKS - SOFTWARE DOESN'T DO WHAT I TELL IT - BY THE TIME U SEE WHAT HAPPENS U HAVE TIME TO GET ROBBED 2 TIMES I WISH i could get my money back all 2000$ of it

Product is crap..
Product is crap... live view works sometimes, motion detection works sometimes, generally for the price and maintenance charges it's a very poor product... I would strongly recommend looking for something else... before you say anything about wifi issues garbage... I have a strong signal, FTTC NBN connection and no other issues with any of my other wifi devices... this product is just lame...

The floodlight camera is not worth the…
The floodlight camera is not worth the money. When it works it has a great image. The system goes off line several times a week and the light schedule will not adhere to the programming. we have several cameras in and outside our home. We will be looking for another solution. We have been told that the cameras are not close to the source of the internet. I have made sure that the cameras are not more then 30 feet from the router. Not worth the money.

Un gadjet acheté chez Leroy Merlin
Une batterie qui ne tient que 4 jours, de très nombreuses coupures dans les enregistrements d'images. Franchement très déçu de ce matériel acheté chez Leroy Merlin dont le conseiller m'avait assuré du super matériel. Une honte ! En plus obliger de payer un abonnement pour avoir des pseudo enregistrements sauvegardés sinon pas d'image. Et cela Leroy Merlin c'est bien gardé de l'indiquer et rien n'est inscrit sur la boîte précisant un abonnement.

De klantenservice van Ring is…
De klantenservice van Ring is waardeloos. Ik zat 1 uur en 8 minuten aan de lijn vanochtend. Mijn probleem was niet opgelost. Ik had gevraagd of ik een nieuwe Ring camera kon krijgen/ dat er een ervaren medewerker mijn probleem kan oplossen omdat mijn Ring niet functioneert naar behoren. Dat kon niet. Ik moest maar weer terugbellen en maar hopen dat mij probleem in de toekomst wellicht opgelost kan gaan worden. Waardeloos. Service dat is ver te zoeken. Het personeel is niet capabel om problemen op te lossen. Niet professioneel. Klantvriendelijkheid ho maar. Dienstverlenend ver te zoeken.

Junk- Customer Service Failure
Junk. Orbs keep appearing and Ring says it's "bugs". I live in Minnesota and we don't have bugs that live in sub-zero temperatures. It's a defect in their product that Ring is staying away from as far as possible. I do not recommend their products!

I do not like the Ring system
I do not like the Ring system. I was not interested in paying a monthly fee to get it to function correctly. I will be replacing it soon.

Doesn’t sense. Several times we have had “visitors” in the view on the cameras that don’t trigger or get captured. Mostly a big waste of money and deceptive selling practices. Avoid

I wish I could give them no stars!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! after a year this product is basically useless. We purchased it to feel safe and now it's just a doorbell that is completely pointless!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

BLINK FROM AMAZON HAS A BETTER MOTION DETECTION THEN THESE CRAP RING CAMERA FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE Ring cameras are durable and they have the best app for user interface but while it is utter and complete garbage in the motion detection ...why would it only detect motion on the bottom half of a camera view I mean that's completely stupid one of the cheapest companies blink XT2 I can select specific squares within the image of where I want motion detection or not

Don’t waste your time.
Don’t waste your time. I had the ring 1 which was plagued with connectivity issues and stopped working altogether with 12 months and as I lost the receipt I went out and bought the ring 2 hoping the the extra $100 or so in cost meant it would work better F*** no it was worse it only ever connected once and as I used the same email address to register it they cancelled by previous paid subscription and even after an email confirming it was sorted, it wasn’t.

The Ring flood light camera People only sensor has major flaw
The Ring flood light camera has a major fault. It claims to have a sensitivity setting to activate when it “sees” people only. But it activates on birds, raccoons, iquana , and cats. I use four ring cameras for protect in a remote area and have them linked. A kitty cat lights up the whole house and me in the middle of the night. Tired of being woke up every night because of their poor technology. Easy to install, easy to operate, but fails on functionality. Read a review that when Amazon bought the company they would not pay the royalties for the third party software that makes” people only” work. And are not clever enough to build there own software.

The motion sensor gives frequent false…
The motion sensor gives frequent false positives or it delays the motion detector for up to 6 hours. Now this damned thing works ONLY as a push the button doorbell. Total waste of my money. Oh and BTW, the video on this Ring Doorbell 2 is poor and the audio is totally useless...looooonnnnggg delays.

At first I thought it was great
At first I thought it was great, now it goes off while I am at home and it continues to message saying reconnect. I try but that is 98% of what I am getting. There is no safety when I cannot look out to see who is there. My neighbors had a break in and I trusted this name, clearly I was mistaken. Extremely frustrating. I have only had this a little over 1.5 month.

Stuttered video and audio
Had a ring door bell. Stuttered audio and video feeds on both live view and recorded videos. Had a 6mbps up / 10mbps down internet connection and their support people were trying to tell me my internet connection was the issue. Junk!

Worst doorbell camera I've ever used
Worst doorbell camera I've ever used. Doesn't connect half the time. Spend more time watching the circle of death than seeing what's going on outside your door. Don't waste your money on this worthless crap.

Worst experience I've ever had with a…
Worst experience I've ever had with a home security product. It has taken over a week and it still isn't up and running. The first staff I dealt with was quite helpful and the other staff was just awful. I'll never get another. I should have just kept the Wyze. I bought it from Amazon and it was tied to someones account and now I can't get it untied from someones account. So I'm stuck in limbo and it can't be activated. Now its too late to return it to Amazon. While it was a lower end unit, its a complete waste of $100. I'm so upset about this. The staff today has been just awful. They were supposed to be able to unactivate the unit last week if no response from the "old owners" last week. It was never done. Now today they're saying they can't do that. I'm furious. I don't recommend Ring AT ALL!!!!

Don't buy Ring doorbell
I received the ring doorbell for my birthday in October has NEVER set up properly. I have to charge it every 3-4 weeks battery sucks everytime I charge it needs to be set up again the router is less than 6 feet away and it always says connection is weak. This is the worst product ever sold

Terrible technology and customer service
Terrible tech that missed when our packages got stolen. Called customer service and she tried to blame everything on us. When we proved that it wasn’t, she was just quoting random set up videos that were not helpful and told us that the Standard setting will make chunks of the video missing. Which made no sense and no where in the app does it say that. It was a horrible experience to try and “fix” a device that does not work.
